• National Development Plan Priority - Objective 4: Increase access to quality social services

• UNDAF outcome 3: Vulnerable populations in Uganda, especially in the north, have increased access and use of sustainable and quality social services.

social and behaviour change.• Health system capacity strengthening, including

behavioural issues.

• Advocating for the integration of reproductive health in emergencies and recovery
