SEPTEMBER OCTOBER

NOVEMBER2015

Page 2: Rich Mix Autumn Season 2015

As we draw breath after the fantastic Youth Takeover in August - during which we showcased over 60 events by talented young people – we step headlong into the new season and launch our Autumn programme.

Particular highlights for us are the return of the Season of Bangla Drama, with new theatre writing shining a light on the British-Bangladeshi experience. We continue with new theatre and dance from around the world, welcoming back CASA Latin American Theatre Festival from Oct 2 – 11 with topics covering

love, sex, family, politics and everything in between. And then it’s time for the 59th BFI London Film Festival to roll into Rich Mix in October with a programme of homegrown HUKPU[LYUH[PVUHSÄSTZ-PUHSS November brings the musical education that is the EFG London Jazz Festival, with THNUPÄJLU[HY[PZ[ZMYVT[OL<2and overseas.

And if you’re not one for trick or treating, we have a Halloween extravaganza with a Day of the Dead special on Oct 29, DJ Yoda in the Main Space and Akademi Dance Co. in our upstairs space on

the 31st, and Dia de Muertos, a traditional Columbian celebration on Nov 1.

As ever, I thank you for your continued support. We love hearing what you have to say about us and why #RichMixMatters to you. To add your voice, email me at [email protected] or tweet @RichMixLondon with the hashtag #RichMixMatters.

Best wishesJane EarlChief Executive
