Resident Database: Routine maintenance, based on changes in Communications Contact list and neighborhood Directory
Website changes with NMI In a recent meeting with NMI, it was determined that the HOA will retain its website for the time being. We will re-open website options after the Annual Meeting (probably Feb 12th weekend). In the meantime, we will hook up a “Portal Option” (see at below). The Portal will provide a lot of information for the residents as well as the directors. The Portal will be linked off of our home page of the website, as well as being included in resident correspondence. ____________________________________________________
Portal: Once activated for an HOA, the web portal (Caliber Web) provides residents within the HOA access to NMI's management portal. Residents that activate their portal account are able to view their personal and account information, their compliance issues, Association documents and have access to a link to pay their assessments online. (Board members only will see the "My Board Area" link which will also show compliance and deliquency reports.) Access is gained by logging in to NMI's company website at
http://www.neighborhoodmanagement.net and selecting the "login to community
portal" link. Due to confidential information, login/use by those other than the residents within an activated HOA/community is prohibited. Below is the view seen by a resident after logging into a portal account: See mock up next page.

Annual Playground Safety Inspection Check was provided by Gary Edwards of Star Property Inspections on 10-24-16. . A couple of minor items were pointed out and will be addressed by our equipment vendor, We Build Fun of Allen, TX. Overall excellent report.
MANY families continue to enjoy the playground area.
“Playground Digital Celebration” marking our 1 year anniversary of the grand opening. In celebration, communications have gone out to the HOA asking families to share a photo or 30 second video clip of their family/children enjoying the playground and submitted to: [email protected] A short slideshow will be made available for homeowners viewing on HOA Website, Next Door and Communications.
