In signing this form for myself or other participants, I understand and agree to absolve all cities, sponsors, organizers and supporters, be they individuals or organizations, singly or collectively, of all blame for any injury, misadventure, harm, loss, or inconveniences suffered as a result of taking part in Ride and Seek or any activities associated with the event. I also agree to obey all safety rules posted for the event and all traffic laws applicable to bicycling. Riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and wear a bicycle helmet.

RIDE AND SEEKTake part in River Action’s riverfront scavenger hunt with your household while maintaining social distancing. Get some exercise in the month of June by searching for the solutions to 36 clues at our riverfront landmarks. Participants who submit the most correct answers will be entered into drawings to win fantastic prizes!

To avoid the crowds we will be mailing packets to each registrant. Packets include:

• Free River Action commemorative face covering• Free sidewalk chalk to share positive messages,

memories, and chalk art along the paths• Historic map of ride route• Clue sheet with 36 clues and space for solutions

Helmets are STRONGLY recommended for all Ride and Seek participants. Helmets are REQUIRED for participants under 18 years of age.

Helmets may be purchased for $10 from the River Action office at 822 E. River Dr. Davenport, IA 52803. Shirts are available with your registration for an additional $10. Shirts ordered may be picked up at the River Action office after the event.

River Action collaborated with both the Scott County and Rock Island County Health Departments and received support to move forward with social distancing practices to ensure that Ride and Seek accommodates the safety of riders and our community during COVID-19.

RIDE AND SEEK SPONSORSFree Snapbands for KidsThe Noon Kiwanis Club of Davenport has sponsored a giveaway of reflective snap bands to kids who participate in Ride and Seek! The first 375 kids to sign up will be given two snap bands with their packets.

The bands can snap on to your wrist, ankle, or bike for added visibility on the trails!
