Residence Condens 50 is a condensing boiler specifically designed to offer high performance in compliance with the strictest European standards in
terms of efficiency and low emissions.
Thanks to its specific features, it can be considered the best solution for light commercial applications (e.g. multi-families house, large properties, sports
centres, etc.).
Residence Condens 50, thanks to specific features and components, is a particularly energy-saving product. The RANGE RATED certification allows to
adapt the power of the boiler in proportion to the thermal real request of the installation, thus producing significant saving in terms of gas consumption.
The boiler pump is included and the second pump (available as optional) for the main central heating circuit is managed directly by the boiler control
board. The innovative heat-exchanger, entirely made in extruded aluminium (Riello patent pending), provides an excellent heat transfer and ensures
high efficiency and long life.
- Built-in thermoregulation (with external probe for single application available as optional)
- Class 5 of the UNI EN 677 standard (best European category in ecological terms)
- It can be installed outdoor in partially protected areas
- Control of one main central heating circuit and DHW tank either with NTC sensor or traditional thermostat by means of specific accessories (available

Riello Condexa Pro is a condensing pre-mixed air blown modulating wall-hung boiler, specifically designed for cascade applications up to 400 kW.
Thanks to its modularity and specific features, it can be considered the best solution for commercial or light commercial applications (e.g. hotels,
schools, sports centres etc.).

A complete line of components and accessories has been developed by Riello to compose all possible configurations of Condexa Pro, from 50 kW
(stand-alone) up to 400 kW (linear or back-to back cascades), as illustrated in the next pages. In addition you can compose also tailor-made solutions,
according to specific requirements.
By choosing all Riello components, that harmonize perfectly with each other, your Condexa Pro will ensure maximum comfort and savings that are
provided only by a unique supplier.
- Maximum efficiency at any time: by controlling automatically the number of boilers in operation, the system can optimize the heat supply according
to demand at any particular time, while saving energy and reducing polluting emissions
- Simultaneous control of three different circuits, each operating at different temperatures (DHW tank, high-temperature, low-temperature)
- Maximum reliability: as each boiler of the cascade can be individually serviced and maintained, in the event of a fault or of maintenance of one boiler,
the other boilers of the cascade are still able to operate without loss of heating comfort for the end-user
- Three possibilities of installation thanks to the clever design of Condexa Pro frame: wall-hung, linear free-standing and back-to-back free-standing
installations
- Maximum ease of installation as each single boiler of the cascade can be transported separately and its compact dimensions fit through most
doorways. Cascade can be mounted directly in the boiler room.

Condexa Pro All-InsideModular floor-standing condensing boilers for outdoor installation
Condexa Pro All-Inside is ready for installation and consists of: boiler units, flow and return hydraulic manifolds, pumps, hydraulic separator, ISPESL
hydraulic manifold with safety devices and flues collector.
Heat-generators also include: system drain tap, exchangers drain tap, gas tap, condensate drain collector, safety valve, air vent, external probe, high
and low temperature probes, domestic water probe and LPG conversion kit.
Each unit features a heat-exchanger consisting in a continuous corrugated bi-metallic tube ensuring high exchange surfaces, corrosion resistance,
operation with high ΔT (up to 40°C) reducing start-up time.
The electronic includes climatic control and the control of floor-standing cascade applications.
Possibility of managing one direct zone, one mixed zone and one DHW tank; these kits are available as accessories and can be directly installed inside
the box.
The optimization of combustion management and the high modulation ratios up to 1:6, ensure high efficiency while reducing polluting emissions to a
minimum (Class 5 according to UNI EN 297).
- The modularity of the system ensures highest reliability: even in case of a fault or maintenance on one boiler unit, the operation of the whole system
is not affected
- The frost protection and anti-blocking function allow the boiler to operate with all weather conditions
- High flexibility of installation: possibility of managing one direct zone, one mixed zone and a DHW tank through the electronic board of the master
boiler. Specific accessories are available to control more mixed zones
- Maximum operating pressure 6 bar
- Wide range of accessories to ensure an easy, fast and complete installation
- The heat-generator includes all safety kit accessories (ISPESL Italian standard).

made of a special aluminium and silicon alloy with a wide modulation
range (up to 1:40) and extremely reduced dimensions
The heat-generator is composed by a cascade of independent 75-kW thermal modules, managed in cascade sequence, ensuring the best adaptation
to the heat request and maximum reliability and peace of mind.
Stainless steel continuous pre-mix burner ensures efficient, noiseless and high-efficiency combustion with low polluting emissions allowing to achieve
Class 5 NOx (according to UNI EN 297).
It is provided with thermoregulation suitable for the control of a modulating pump for the primary ring circuit.
The RIELLOtech regulation can control up to 8 boilers in a cascade application.

This boiler has been designed according to the principle of heat stratification: in the upper part there is high temperature water, while in the lower part,
where condensation takes place, remains a large amount of cold water to ensure condensation.
The generator structure has been designed to contain thermal expansions.
Particular care was given to ensure thermal insulation to the boiler body, casing and door by using high-density mineral wool and ceramic fibre.
The control panel should be ordered separately.

RTS 3SThree flue gas passes steel jet burner boilers - 3 stars
Its vertical design and reduced width (narrow range) allows an easy installation even in tiny plant rooms. The flue pipes are equipped with removable
stainless steel turbulators, which allow to optimize the efficiency of the heat exchange without increasing head losses. The door features an
ambidextrous opening and is provided with a peephole with pressure intake. Casing is made of stove-enamelled sheet. Shell and flue gas zone are easy
to reach for maintenance.
The control panel should be ordered separately.
- High efficiency both punctual and seasonal
- Operation at modulating temperature (minimum allowed return temperature 55 °C)
- Several solutions thanks to the combination with RIELLOtech control panels.
- Efficiency according to 92/42/EEC Directive
- Single-piece steel boilers with three flue gas passes, that can be
matched with jet burners
- The particular geometry of the heat exchange allows to reduce
the permanence time of flue gases in the high temperature zones

Provided with high-performance stainless steel turbulators ensuring wide exchange surface, in order to optimize the heat exchange and allow a
homogeneous thermal load.
Steel boilers RTQ 3S produce hot water both for heating and for domestic use when they are combined with RIELLO 7300 DHW tank (RTQ 35-91 3S
models).
The front door features an ambidextrous opening and is provided with a highly-insulating mineral-wool double seal.

RTQFlame inversion steel jet burner boilers
Pressurized steel boilers, that can be matched with any fuel jet burners. Provided with completely wet combustion chamber with free dilation and
flame-inversion. Equipped with removable high-efficiency stainless steel turbulators ensuring an optimized heat exchange and a homogeneous
thermal load.
The front door features an ambidextrous opening and is provided with a mineral-wool double seal. Casing is made of stove-enamelled sheet.
The control panel should be ordered separately.
- Operation at modulating temperature (minimum allowed return temperature 55 °C)
- Several solutions thanks to the combination with RIELLOtech control boards.
- Single-piece steel boilers, that can be matched with any fuel jet
burners

USE OF RIELLOTECH REGULATION SYSTEMS
RIELLOTECH regulation systems are specifically designed for the following ranges: TAU N, RTS 3S, RTQ and RTQ 3S. Besides they allow the addition of more functions
concerning the thermoregulations integrated in the models ALU PRO POWER, TAU UNIT OIL.
The complete compositions and the communication kits are to be checked on the specific accessories tables in the sections concerning boilers and thermal groups.

RIELLOtech Clima Top control panel is designed for complex and multi-apartment systems. It can control 1-stage burner, 2-stage burner or a modulating
burner. It controls one single generator or more generators in cascade application (in case of cascade applications, it is necessary to use a RIELLOtech
Clima Top for each generator, while the maximum configuration consists of 16 generators); it controls complex solar systems and the integration of
different kinds of heat generators. It can manage one direct zone and two mixed and/or direct zones, with room temperature control by means of a
thermostat or an indoor probe (one per zone, not included in the control panel supply).
It allows an hour-programmable control of heating and DHW production.
One immersion probe and one external sensor are supplied as standard with RIELLOtech Clima Top.
All RIELLOtech Clima regulating systems can be connected via BUS.
IPX4D electrical protection.
- It is possible to personalise the control panel through programmable inputs and outputs (e.g. 0/10V input, generator anti-condensation pump)
- Frost protection, anti-blocking pump function and anti-legionnaires' disease protection
- Energy saving thanks to the system thermoregulation according to the external weather conditions
- Easy to program thanks to a user-friendly menu and a large display
- Quick to install: terminals and connectors, identifyable through silk-screen prints, are included in the supply

EKO TROSAir-water heat pump
- High temperature and high efficiency reversible air-water heat pump
EkoTros represents the best solution for systems in which there is the need of high temperature water both for heating and DHW purposes, as well
as air conditioning. With this solution the space heating can be easily provided by using radiators, so without any major changes on the already
existing distribution system available on site. The EVI technology compressor, with additional steam injection in the compressing cycle, assures a water
temperature of 65°C and operating limits as low as -20°C.
The full range is available with a premium efficiency rating, over the A class.
EkoTros offers maximum operating reliability, thanks to their two main features:
- two independent circuits for all sizes;
- system to prevent formation of ice on the coil, ensuring shorter and more efficient defrost cycles.
- Efficiency rating over the A class
- Compressor discharge valve, phase sequence control and extra insulation for the compressor section are supplied as standard in all models
- High temperature up to 65°C

RIELLO HEATgate is a range of inspectable plates heat-exchangers created by RIELLO to suit as many applications as possible. Its technical features
make it a high-quality, long-lasting product, while ensuring the highest efficiency and reliability during the product life.
The RIELLO HEATgate range consists of heat-exchangers with plates made of stainless steel AISI316, NBR or EPDM peroxide gaskets (according to the
application), and is equipped with threaded couplings made of AISI316. The heat-exchanger structure ensure tightness up to 10 bars.
The different sizes perfectly meet the thermal programmes and applications shown in the table, thus ensuring high efficiency and reduced pressure
drops.

The NUOVO GP SM are suspended gas-fired air heaters with direct air flow, specifically designed for light commercial applications, e.g. for the heating
of factories, warehouses, laboratories, sports centres, etc.
The suspended installation represents a valid alternative to the traditional floor-standing models, as it occupies no floor space and is the ideal solution
for all small and medium-sized areas or wherever the floor space is not suitable for a floor installation.

Air to water chillers
RSA-EF serie 2C are chillers for outdoor installation. They are available in different versions: with one pump, with two pumps or without pump, and
with or without partial recovery unit. All models feature two tandem-Scroll single-circuit compressors with braze-welded plate heat-exchanger on
water side. The chillers have helicoidal fans with variable speed external rotor, in order to ensure operation with temperature till -10°C in cooling mode.
- Reduced energy consumption during operation at partial loads, thanks to the use of two single-circuit compressors
- Scroll compressors for high efficiency and low noise operation
- Extreme flexibility thanks to the Flex Flow electronic control with variable set-point
- Double Set-Point and remote switch summer/winter (only for heat pump versions)

Water to water chillers
RAA-EF serie 2C is designed for indoor installation and comes in two versions: as cooling only and as heat pump with reverse-cycle on the refrigerant
side, with built-in hydronic group. The chillers feature two single-circuit Tandem Scroll compressors. The units operate with glycol mixtures till an outlet
temperature from the exchanger of - 8°C. The heat-exchanger on the condenser side is an AISI 316 stainless steel braze-welded plate exchanger. It is
designed to work with well water, tower water or dry-cooler.
- High efficiency at partial loads, thanks to the scroll-tandem compressors
- Phases sequence control supplied as standard
- Reverse-cycle heat pumps
- Extremely versatile for different uses
- Reduced dimensions
- As an option: group of pumps on the cold and/or hot side already installed in the kit (accessory)
- Wide range of condensation control devices
- Suitable for remote keyboard connection.

Fan coils
RCM N is a centrifugal fan coils series (except for size 15 which is equipped with a tangential fan) designed for modern heating and cooling installations
in offices, hotels and shops. The sizes 15, 25, 38 and 55 are equipped with a 5-speeds fan to ensure the best choice thanks to performance and noiseless
operation.
The pleasant and simple design perfectly fits all environments.
It comes in 7 versions with a wide range of available accessories and can be installed both vertically and horizontally (with hydraulic connections on
the left side supplied as standard, that can be reversible on the worksite), thus allowing the maximum flexibility of installation solutions. The fan coils
of RCM N series have a supporting structure made of zinc-coated sheet and are equipped with a zinc-coated steel cabinet wrapped in plastic film with
plastic grid (ABS).

Fan coils
The RCI N series consists of centrifugal fan coils (except for size 15 which is equipped with a tangential fan) for recessed installation for modern heating
and cooling solutions, designed for offices, hotels and shops. They are the ideal solution for the installation in places where it is necessary to hide the
fan coil to meet the most complex architectural requirements without affecting the effective control of the comfort.
The sizes 15, 25, 38 and 55 are equipped with a 5-speeds fan to ensure the best choice thanks to performance and noiseless operation.
All 7 models, available with a wide range of accessories, can be installed both vertically and horizontally (with hydraulic connections on the left side
supplied as standard, that can be reversible on the worksite), thus allowing the maximum flexibility of installation solutions. All RCI N fan coils have a
supporting structure made of zinc-coated sheet and a fan group consisting of a centrifugal fan providing an excellent air distribution with an extremely
low noise level. The whole range of RCI N fan coils is suitable for the controls TermoComfortPlus and TermoComfort, providing an user-friendly interface.

RWplus is a wall-hung fan coil range offering a modern solution for the air treatment in medium and large-sized commercial buildings both in summer
and winter. The pleasant aesthetic, with the front panel, the accurate design and the air outlet through motorized wings make of RWplus the ideal
solution for any setting. The fan-group, consisting of a 3-speeds tangential fan and a control, enables an excellent air distribution. All unit functions can

- Fan coils for horizontal and vertical installation
Duct-connected fan coils
FCU duct-connected fan coils are designed to provide a preliminary air treatment both for small-sized centralized installations and for installations with
fun-coils unists. They are available in 7 models with an air flow rate ranging from 930 to 4.300 m3/h. The possibility to combine FCU units with a series
of accessories, both on the outlet and on the intake side, makes them suitable for different uses, starting from the simple functions of cooling and/or
heating up to treatments such as filtering, mixing, external air suction, re-heating both through water and electrical.
It is available in two basic versions: one for horizontal installation, having a reduced length, and one for vertical installation. These units consist of an
aluzinc casing, provided with a thermal insulation layer made of polyethylene and polyester. All units are equipped with: a synthetic eff. EU3 filter,
removable on guide rails, a heat-exchange coil with copper pipes and aluminium wings, a stainless steel AISI 304 condensate trap and double-suction
fans with direct coupled motor. All units (except for 09 size because of its reduced electrical absorption) are also equipped with an electrical connection
box with connectors protected by a relay.

Heat recovery unit
HRU heat recovery units are available in 8 models and 3 versions: a basic version, a version with additional water heating coil and a version with
additional electrical battery. They find application where air change is required, by extracting stale air and simoultaneously supplying outside fresh air.
The on-board recovery system of HRU units can work both in winter and summer mode; it can also recover the heat of the extracted air and transfer it
to fresh make-up air from outside, by recovering over 50% heat that otherwise would be lost.

Heat recovery unit
HRU mini is the heat recovery unit for visible horizontal installation, suitable both for balanced ventilation in light commercial applications (bars,
restaurants etc.) and where a continuous air change is required (smoking areas, offices, etc.). This product combines excellent comfort with remarkable
energy savings. Fresh air keeps being provided, while stale air is extracted at the same time.
The system main components are 2 double-suction centrifugal fans and a heat exchanger with room-sealed cross flows that allow to recover till 63%
of the outgoing air thermal energy and transfer it to the incoming air. The unit at sight is supplied with an ABS covering cabinet, whose simple and
elegant design perfectly fits any setting.
Besides the model at sight, a duct-connected model is also available, provided with plenum with circular outlets for ducts connection.
All units have a supporting structure made of zinc-coated sheet, an insulation with layer made of polyethylene and removable air filters (efficiency G3).
