    CONSTITUTIONAL PROVISIONS RELATING TO

    Directly, Health right is not a Fundamental

    Right under the constitution of India But-

    Article 21 says that No person shall be

    deprived of his life or personal liberty, except

    according to the procedure established by

    Law.
