Why GPMS today is not the solution for TV Networks

8

Functional Limitations

Technology Limitations

• Hard to use; slow• Adapting to new

business trends is difficult

• Does not have the additional functionality required for Networks

• Tech is 13+ years old and unsupported by the manufacturers

• Three different platforms are employed

• Difficult and expensive to maintain

GNET Discovery Phase Objectives: Answer Two Questions

12

Buy? Build?

Rights Administration Networks

1) Can the requirements of the two groups be met by a single solution?

2) Are the cost benefits greater with a vendor or custom solution?
