Description
Ronabond PU 10 is an MDI based, single-component polyurethane resin. Ronabond PU 10 is also suitable as a soil stabilisation binder in tunnelling and trench construction.

The reaction time of Ronabond PU 10 must be adjusted on site to suit the conditions by altering the addition level of RonaCat. The level of RonaCat will depend on the ambient temperature, temperature of the substrate and the reaction speed required. The minimum level of catalyst required is 1% and the maximum is 10% by weight.

The recommended application method is to use a single-component high-pressure pump to inject the catalysed resin into cracks or soil..
Under special circumstances where the water pressure is low or the volume to be injected is small a grease gun or cartridge gun can be used.
Safety
Avoid contact with skin & eyes.
Wear safety glasses, gloves and overalls.
Avoid inhaling vapours.
Read the Health & Safety data sheet before use.
Storage
Store at between 10˚C and 40˚C.
Keep containers closed when not in use.
Stir well before use.
Shelf life 12 months in unopened containers.
