Al Kuhaimi Metal Industries ltd. (KMI) is pleased to announce the newly product launched the Rigid Welded Mesh (RWM) system on rolls and panels. Both systems are conforming to ASTM F2453. The RWM system is green plastic coated on a galvanized steel core with mesh in different sizes as per the project requirement. The system is rigid, secure, fast and simple to install. The deep welding points provide a fence unequalled in its stability and the green coat outside ensure the greatest protection against corrosion. RWM is made from electro-welded zinc and plastic-coated wire with square shaped mesh. The vertical and horizontal wires of the electro-welded mesh are both linear and made in zinc coated steel. Fence available on rolls and Panel System forms and consider as excellent substitute for other conventional type of fences. Plastic coating is obtained through the sintering process which uses non-toxic and non-pollution PVC powders which acts to protect wire and the welding spots from corrosion, thus making the product better than any other security fence on the market. The RWM is integrated with posts, stays, barbed wire, concertina razor tape and complete gates and wickets. Its performance is guaranteed for over 10 years if used in normal condition.
