This DUVRI defines the procedures for the assessment and collection of all thedocumentation necessary to authorize the use of premises in Catania, Via TeatroMassimo, 16.

TERMS AND DEFINITIONS: In this document, META ARTE S.A.S. can be defined, from now on, also:buyer;theater;

While USERS / CONTRACTORS can be defined:companies;associations;schools;businesses,self-employed workers.

IT IS APPLIED:Without distinction to all subjects (companies, associations, schools, businesses,self-employed workers), involved the use of the building space for representations ofany kind, with or without profit.

IT REFERS TO:Check of the professional skills of the users / contractors, and the coordination andcooperation of the prevention and protection measures referred to in art. 26 D.Lgsn ° 81/08 c.1-2.

RESPONSIBILITIES

THE USERS / CONTRACTORS ARE COMPETENT FOR:• Return the DUVRI signed for acknowledgment and acceptance;• Fill in Annex A1 "Information Request";

• Make informed its staff of the risks existing within the rooms;• Organize and implement all prevention and protection measures, including those

directly related to its own organization;• Strictly observe the instructions given for the purpose of collective and individual

protection;• Immediately report danger conditions; take action, within its own powers to

emergency situations;• Release to Meta Arte at the end of the installation: - The statement of correct assembly; - The certificate of fireproofing materials; - The documentation of conformity of the electrophonic material used; - The declaration of correct assembly of the electrical system.

DUVRI MANAGEMENT:

Contact of the interested party (companies, associations, schools, bisinesses, self-employed workers) with Meta Arte;

Meta Arte manages the coordination and availability of the technical and organizational staff, means and, what is necessary with the user of the rooms, delivery: the DUVRI and the annex A1 "Information Request" to fill in;

Meta Arte requires the annex A1 "Request Information" filled in and signed for examination and acceptance of the DUVRI and of any certifications.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE DOCUMENTThis document governs the relationship between Meta Arte and companies,associations, schools, businesses, self-employed workers, involved in activities insidethe building, in relation to workplace safety.The general rules contained in this document do not exhaust the complexity of dutiesand obligations that Companies, Associations, Schools, Businesses, and IndependentWorkers are required to comply with in accordance with law and good practice.This document also intends to emphasize Meta Arte's focus on prevention in order topromote steady and fruitful collaboration, thus ensuring a continuous improvement of thesafety standard at work.

SUBJECT: The present DUVRI identifies the foreseeable risks that may arise frompossible interferences between the activities of Meta Arte and the companies,associations, schools, businesses, self-employed persons, as foreseen by art. 26,paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 81/2008.

PREMISE: Article. 26 of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 in the case of entrusting of thework within the company or the production unit to firms or self-employed persons, itintroduces specific obligations both on the principal employer and on the employers of thefirms entrusted with the execution of the works. The essential features drawn by Article 26of Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 concern: 1) technical and professional requirements ofthe contractor; 2) information to be provided to the contractor; 3) cooperation and co-ordination between employers: contractors and contractors; 4) coordination andcooperation carried out by the commissioning employer.Article. 26 of Legislative Decree 81/2008 also extends to the case of a show activity and /or event carried out within the building container ("Meta Arte") by a company, association,school, enterprise, self-employed person and provides for communication to the same ofthe security provisions applied at the premises of the theater.

DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY SITE

The building develops on the following levels:Ground floor at 0,00 m level including:

1. A 136-seat room of about 262 square meters, for concerts, theater performances, dance shows, variety numbers with overhanging dressing rooms

and services; to surround the inner perimeter of the room there is a metal service walkway, overlaid, to give support to lighting systems, sound and service installations in general.

2. a space for restaurant and bar of 164 sqm;3. a kitchen with only electrical equipment (oven, microwave, refrigerator);4. toilets for the public and people with disabilities;5. a rehearsal room of about 82 square meters;

A floor at a height of 2.50 m in which dressing rooms and sanitary facilities are located for use of the artists;

Loft at a height of 2.85 m, made of metal structure, used as office , wide 46 sqm, and one clearing room;

first floor at a height of 4.75 m hosting a reharsal room wide 100 sqm with changing rooms and toilets wide 36 sqm for the use of employees and dancers.

CIRCULATION, FLOORS AND STEPS

In order to immediately and easily evacuate from the rooms, there are adequateemergency routes and / or exits equipped with safety lighting system.

(Subsidiary lighting Annex IV Legislative Decree 81/08 and item 13.2 of D.M 19/08/96).

Flooring is everywhere regular and the passages are free of obstacles and adequatelyilluminated in the absence of natural light.The internal transit areas for the access to the stage are subject of passage only ofinsiders. However, there may be a risk of slipping in the presence of liquids on the groundespecially during rainy days when people entering the area do not dry their shoes or bringin umbrellas.

PREVENTION AND PROTECTION MEASURESThrough a specific organizational measure, Meta Arte provides regular cleaning of the paving of the floors, in order to guarantee the normal safety conditions and the immediate reclamation of any substances and / or products accidentally dropped on the ground.The prevention and protection service provides that workers respect the normalprudence rules that highlight the need to not run and to proceed with the due caution.Appropriate storage containers for umbrellas are prepared.

STAGEThe floor of the stage is made of wood panels which are appropriately polished andpainted, using nails and screws to anchor the scenes, this surface may have splintersand slits that may cause injuries if you walk without footwear or lie on the ground.

PREVENTION AND PROTECTION MEASURESIn the case of barefoot dance, it is recommended to cover the floor with a suitable DanceCarpet (Fire reaction class One).

WORK SPACES AND DANGER ZONE

Internal working spaces are arranged so as not to create interference among theactivities performed even though risk conditions cannot be excluded, therefore duringwork it becomes necessary to check the work areas, also in order to eliminate anyinterference risk .Furthermore, is not excluded the risk of stumbling if, in working spaces, disorderedmaterial is present on the ground or in presence of electrical power supply cables ofmachines and / or electrical equipment .

PREVENTION AND PROTECTION MEASURES

Meta Arte imposes on workers the absolute ban to place any kind of material in front offire extinguishers, doors, exits and escape routes as well as on transit areas reserved forthe movement of persons.

In the event unauthorized persons are present in the premises, (not accessible to thepublic), they must be immediately moved away, alerting, if necessary, the persons incharge.

The person Responsible for security will guarantee surveillance and ban the grounding of material that can hinder the normal passage of people into work areas. It is also foreseen that the power cables are collected and reported in order to avoid danger of stumbling.

INTERNAL STAIRS:Within the premises there are stairs which allow evacuation from the building in case ofemergency , and they connect the floors of the building and the inner passage, eventhough they are well lit and sized, there is a risk of falling to the ground.

PREVENTION AND PROTECTION MEASURESIn order to reduce the chances of accidents, users are asked to:

do not run along the stairs of the structure; use handrails present; Keep the stairs clear from any material; keep clean the stairs to avoid the accumulation of slippery materials.

TECHNOLOGICAL SYSTEMS

In the premises both technological systems and electrical equipment are present.Overall, there is a risk of electrocution, so an adequate check-maintenance of both themachine equipment and the power plant is guaranteed with protections specificallyagainst direct and indirect contact with live parts.


However, in order to reduce the possibility of personal injury and / or property damage,workers involved in the setting up and implementation of the event are trained to use themachines and equipment available as written in its user booklet and to never modify inany way any part or function.

In case of need / emergency, companies, associations, schools, businesses, self-employed workers must be able to use the available security tools (disconnection ofpower supply, use of special fire extinguishers placed near electrical devices, etc.),whose equipment, collocations and methods of use are indicated in detail.

Meta Arte expressly prohibits companies, associations, schools, enterprises, self-employed workers from carrying out interventions not previously authorized onequipment and / or installations, unless this is necessary necessary to face danger oremergency situations; In this case, the organization itself must give immediate notice toMeta Arte of the intervention carried out. Users / contractors / storers, finally, undertaketo employ only competent personnel, even in cases where it is necessary to carry outinterventions with the use of portable ladders.

STORAGEMaterials storage activities include transportation and storage with carts. Material storage operations are carried out exclusively by the staff.


• Unauthorized persons are prohibited from standing near the loading andunloading area where the handling means are operating;

• Prohibition of storing materials in containers showing deformations, breakages,etc .;

• Control of the stability of the load for each freight transport; • Handling of the transport means in a slow and linear way, without jerking and

jolting;• Preventive assessment of the transit routes; A program of maintenance and

verification of means or equipment for transport.

ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENT

Within the premises, as previously specified, there is a real risk of electrocutionconnected exclusively to the presence of electrical equipment and machines.The risk of electrocution for people can materialize in this case primarily through indirectcontact between parts of the human body and parts under tension as a result ofmalfunction or insulation faults not promptly identified.

PREVENTION AND PROTECTION MEASURES• In order to guarantee the basic electrical safety requirements, operating

installations have been designed and installed according to the art rule and incompliance with current regulations.

• As a further guarantee for the safety of persons, in accordance with theprovisions of Presidential Decree 462/01, concerning the inspection of theground facilities, the Administration is obliged to periodically request theverification of plant facilities to Enabled Organizations from the Ministry ofProductive Activities

CIRCULATION OF TRANSPORT MEANS

The internal transit areas are reserved to both the pedestrian transit and the circulation ofvarious carriages (trolleys, pallets) for the loading / unloading of materials.In the light of the above, there is a risk of crushing and / or direct or indirect investment bymeans of transport vehicles in transit or maneuvre both in internal and external premises,which is caused by accidents between vehicles or between these and fixed obstacles orpersons .

PREVENTION AND PROTECTION MEASURES• All vehicles or equipment circulating inside or outside must proceed with

caution and at a man's pace; • In order to avoid danger situations, people should be careful when traveling

along the traffic routes;• In addition, when there are simultaneously people and vehicles moving along

the transit routes, priority will generally be reserved to the vehicles, unlessotherwise indicated.

FIRE PROTECTION

We report the presence in the premises of prevention and alarm means, in particular fire extinguishers, fire hydrants, fire detection systems, smoke and heat evacuators, compartments etc.), as well as adequate signaling and activation modes.For the implementation of the evacuation plan, please refer to the rules and behaviors tobe followed in the event of a fire as described later on.


All parties are required to comply with the provisions of D.M. 10/03/98, providing for theimplementation of the following measures:

measures to reduce the probability of fire occurrence; Fire exit instructions in case of fire; Measures for detection, management and alarm in case of fire; checks and maintenance on fire protection measures.

In the event of a serious and immediate danger or as a result of the order of theemergency management personnel, it is expected that every person will leave as soon aspossible the working environment reaching a safe place, as provided for in the evacuationinstructions.

BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF WORK, THE COMPANY, ASSOCIATION, SCHOOL,ENTERPRISE, SELF-EMPLOYED PERSON, MUST COMMUNICATE TO META ARTEIN WRITING THE NAME OF THE "MANAGER IN CHARGE OF-WORK" AT THEATER.HE OVERSEESTHE EXECUTION OF THE WORKS SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACTAS WELL AS ANY INTERVENTION AND TAKES CARE OF ALL THE TASKSPROVIDED FOR BY APPLICABLE SAFETY LEGISLATION AT WORK.

THE COMPANY, ASSOCIATION, SCHOOL, ENTERPRISE, SELF-EMPLOYEDPERSON, IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OBSERVANCE BY ITS STAFF OF THE RULESAND REGULATIONS IN PREVENTING INJURIES AND HEALTH AT WORK, OF THERESPONDENCE OF MEANS AND EQUIPMENTS TO LEGISLATIVE LAWS AND OFTHE ADOPTION OF THE NECESSARY ACCIDENT PREVENTION PRECAUTIONSDURING THE WORK PERFORMANCE.

THE "META ARTE STAGE MANAGER " AND THE "MANAGER IN CHARGE OF-WORK" OF THE USER / CONTRACTOR / EMPLOYER, ARE REQUIRED TO ACT INCOOPERATION AND COORDINATION, BOTH FOR ASSEMBLY AND REMOVALACTIVITIES , REFERRED TO PROBLEMS RELATING TO THE TECHNICAL AND / ORSAFETY CHOICES, AND IN THE CASE IN WHICH META ARTE TECHNICALPERSONNEL AND STAFF OF THE COMPANY, ASSOCIATION, SCHOOL,BUSINESS, SELF EMPLOIED WORKER MUST CARRY OUT PROCESSES AT THESAME TIME

SUSPENDED LOADS

The handling of the technical installations of the scene must be coordinated exclusivelyby personnel of Meta Arte, no other operator can maneuver technical equipment of thescene without permission.

LOGISTICSThe manager of Meta Arte will assign specific areas to companies, associations,schools, enterpises, self-employed workers for the scenes storage and installation of the same, these employees can access exclusively the areas and premises assigned.In the case of particularly serious problems, or lack of compliance of the internalrequirements by a guest worker, the Manager of Meta Arte can claim the removal fromthe workplace.

USERS / CONTRACTORS /EMPLOYERS EQUIPMENT

EQUIPMENTS BELONGING TO GUESTS MUST BE IN COMPLIANCE WITHTHE LAW REQUIREMENTS.IF IRREGULARITIES ARE EVIDENT, META ARTE MANAGER CANREQUIRE IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT OF NON COMPLYING EQUIPMENT.EMPLOYEES OF THE COMPANIES, ASSOCIATIONS, SCHOOLS,ENTERPRISES, SELF EMPLOYED WORKERS MUST ATTEND THEINTERNAL RULES AS INDICATED IN THE FOLLOWING:

STAGE PERSONNEL AND EQUIPMENT

META ARTE CAN MAKE AVAILABLE TO EACH COMPANY, ASSOCIATION, SCHOOL, ENTERPRISE, SELF-EMPLOYED WORKER, ITSOWN STAFF FOR SCENE ASSEMBLY AND DISASSEMBLY (ON REQUEST,AND CHARGING THE CORRESPONDING AMOUNT):SHOULD IT BE NECESSARY SUCH LABOR MUST BE SPECIFICALLYREQUESTED AT LEAST WITH 30 DAYS NOTICE.

CONDUCTING SAFETY STANDARDS

THE COMPANY, ASSOCIATION, SCHOOL, ENTERPRISE, SELF-EMPLOYED WORKER MUST OBSERVE AND COMPLY WITH THE FOLLOWING TERMS, CONCERNING SAFETY REGULATIONS:

• is required to operate without in any way altering the characteristics and levelsof safety and security of workplaces as well as machines, equipment andinstallations, and in particular, to use any equipment or machinery of theTheater as provided by the technical instructions.

• It is also required to promptly report any emergency situation or fault that mayarise during the course or on the basis of the execution of the work carried out,without prejudice to the explicit assumption of the obligation to work within thelimits of the specific competences and of the means available, for theprevention of risks and for the minimization of damage.

• It is also required to make its own staff aware of both the specific risks and thepreventive and emergency measures connected with the execution of theworks referred to in the present report, as well as the names of the personsresponsible for carrying out the work properly informed and to prevent accessto unauthorized – strangers.

• If at the workplace more workers of the various authorized organizationsoperate simultaneously, they shall promptly provide all the necessaryinformation about the specific risks which can cause interference between thework of the various parties involved in the structure, in order to allow Meta Arteto promote the coordination required in art. 26 of the Legislative Decree 81/08.

• It is required to asseess the places of work in which it will operate in relation toand as part of the service provided, on the "specific risks", and on theprevention and emergency measures related too the same, pursuing, in fullknowledge of the consequent responsibilities, the commitments - all containedin this information document -

• It is required to the full knowledge of the contents of the "external procedures”to be activated in the event of an emergency of the building and to engage inthe widest publicity and explanation to its employees, involved in themanagement of the processes and rules of behaviour to be kept in case ofdanger as reported in the following.

• All components of the scenery must be ignifugate according to the currentregulations concerning fire prevention.

• Stage construction must not result in obstacles to the security outputs of thestage or hall, or impede its exit paths. The Meta Arte Stage Manager isentitled to immediately remove such obstacles.

• Le costruzioni scenografiche e le apparecchiature tecniche dell’allestimentodovranno essere strutturalmente conformi alle norme antinfortunistiche. Thescenic constructions and the equipment of the staging must structurally complywith the accident prevention regulations.

• The electrical equipment and the related wiring of the host Companymust comply with CEI 64-08 and 2007 EEC attacks unified, the cablesmust be CEI 20/22 or equivalent and in any case anti-abrasion and flameretardant and certified.

• In the case of use of follow spots in areas accessible to the public, they mustbe protected by differential switches with sensitivity not less than 30 mA (0.03A).

• Respect the prohibitions and requirements indicated by the billboards in thestructure.

• Do not leave dangerous materials and / or substances unattended, open or inplaces where they hinder the passage of personnel, storing them in theappropriate warehouse.

• You will never leave in the area any waste derived from your activity. • During performances no special effects are allowed for combustion or

production of toxic, irritating or otherwise dangerous substances.• Smoking is absolutely forbidden in all rooms even during fitting and dismantling;

it is as well strictly forbidden to guests, the use of cylinders containingflammable gases, and the use of candles, torches or open flames.

• Any exception, due to the performance of the show, must be evaluated by MetaArte.

• During the performances it is forbidden to drop from the grating, flammablematerial (confetti, polystyrene, etc.) which, in contact with the projectors cantrigger fires.

• It is forbidden to stay in the premises during lunch breaks. • It is forbidden to companies, associations, schools, enterprises, self-

employed workers to use any Meta Arte equipment without priorauthorization.

• Half an hour before the show the Security Service carrying out the tests and theplanned checks in the event abnormalities are discovered, the guest is obligedto immediately remedy.

• Meta Arte is not responsible for valuables left unattended in the dressing roomsand in the halls.

DURING THE SCENE MOUNTING AND / OR DISASSEMBLING PHASE IT IS NECESSARY TO USE DPI OWING TO THE RISK DEGREE OF THE PROCESSING.

• It is mandatory to use, where necessary, personal protective equipment,masks, glasses, gloves, cap. In the processes that can lead to flying splintersgoggles must be worn. When working with specific dangers of cuts, abrasionsetc., protective gloves should be used.

• During the execution of work on stage and in all those jobs involving specificdangers of injury to the head due to materials falling from above orcontact with any other dangerous material elements, it is a must, foor eachworker, the use of the helmet.

• During the execution of works for the stage, etc. posing a risk of injury to thefeet (handling of trolleys, loads) safety shoes must be used.

• During the directing headlight people holding the ladder must wear helmets.• During the execution of works involving the risk of inhalation of harmful

powders or volatile products, it is mandatory the use of protective masks orhalf masks equipped with the special active filters suitable for the protection ofthe used products.

• During those works involving the risk of falling from a height, when it is notpossible to have decks, railings or other equivalent protections, workers mustmake use of suitable safety belt with suspenders connected to the retainingrope to limit the fall in no more than 1.5 mt.

• Technical Officers are required, depending on the type of intervention, to issuethe appropriate provisions to officers and employees.

IN CASE OF WORKS TO BE DONE IN HEIGHT

Use of portable ladders.

Simple Steps: When the use of ladders, for their height or other causes, may involverisk of skidding, the same must be retained with the foot by another person. Double ladders: in case of works carried out at height of 2.5 m above the floor, it is appropriate to provide for the control of the staircase by another person. Workplaces in height during the assembly:During the works performed at more than 2 m height., or at least showing risk of fallsfrom heights, adequate precautions must be taken to avoid the danger of falling. If it isnot possible to take railings or similar protections, the Manager of the Company,association, school, enterpise, or its employees, will adopt possible solutions, to performthe work safely (eg temporary protection, use of safety-belts anchored to a pull or handheld); In any case, it is mandatory to: inform all workers of the danger condition. provideadequate signaling means, adopt substitute measures to eliminate the risk of a fall.

INSTALLATION OF SCENIC PROJECTORSFor the installation of projectors on american, turrets, air vents etc. special precautionsshould be taken against the accidental fall or fire risk and specifically:

• Each suspended projector must have a safety chain in support of itsattachment.

• Each projector must be positioned at a safe distance from backdrops andtelescopes (see light guide)

• The electrical connection must comply with the regulations (grounding, cableand plug adequate to the load).

• The projectors in the theatre can only be installed in the appropriate wallbrackets.

IN THE THEATRE, THE USE OF FLOOR LAMPS IS FORBIDDEN

USE OF MULTIPLE PLUGS - EXTENSIONS - FLYING CABLESMultiple Leads: must be used respecting the admissible overall power.Flying cables: they must be of special material resistant to abrasion and flame retardant,should not be placed on places of transit or in contact with sharp edges or inside thedoors without adequate protections, must be used so that, for no reason, a plug (male),which is not inserted into its seat (female) may be under tension.

CHECK OF HEMP ROPES AND NYLON BELTS FOR LOAD HARNESS The hemp ropes and nylon belts used for slinging loads have to be checked every timebefore use.

USE OF SMOKE AND FOG MACHINEThe use of the smoke machine must be authorized by Meta Arte.

EXITS, EMERGENCY EXITS AND EXIT WAYSCorridors, passageways to the exits, emergency exits, stairs must be kept clear from anyobstruction; It is forbidden to deposit, even temporarily, any kind of material in front ofhydrants and fire extinguishers.

LIQUIDS OR FLAMMABLE SUBSTANCESIt is not permitted to deposit (even temporarily) liquids or flammable substances of anykind inside the theater premises.

DISCHARGE OF SCENIC MATERIALSThe discharge must take place from the yard in front of the theater, the vehicles will beallowed to stay for unloading / loading materials for the stage; It is not allowed parking ofprivate vehicles.

SURGICAL DEVICES AND PHARMACEUTICALS The Company-enterprise involved in the work, must be equipped with surgical andpharmaceuticals, in accordance with legal provisions.

REPORTS OF INJURIES AND ACCIDENTSIf serious, or very serious accidents occur, even only causing serious damage to property,the Responsible Agent should immediately report it to Meta Arte and must remainavailable for any inquiries, keeping Meta Arte up to date on any development.

EMERGENCY RULES:In order to make emergency and evacuation procedures effective and, in general, to maintain the safety precautions provided to the premises efficiently, you must:

• carefully read the documentation on safety; • look at the planimetry of premises where technological and safety facilities are

• take a look at the escape routes marked with appropriate signs and location ofemergency exits;

• refrain from altering the position of the signs and fire-fighting means;• Take care that the fire doors installed within the structures are kept efficient;• refrain from creating encumbrance to the escape routes and emergency exits

with materials of diifferent nature;• Report abnormalities on the state of the location (eg: presence of obstacles or

bulky material along escape routes or near emergency exits, alteration ofsigns, etc.).

ON THE ACTIVATION OF EVACUATION SIGN THROUGH OPTIC / ACOUSTIC RECIPES, YOU SHOULD:

• go away quickly and in an orderly manner from the premises, taking care to:close the doors of the premises after having ascertained that the same havebeen completely evacuated; off the work equipment which may constitute asource of danger of any kind if you leave it active;

• and quickly escape from the safety exits, taking care not to obstruct exodusand the work of the rescuers;

• follow the signs indicating the escape path (unless otherwise specified by theemergency management personnel) moving safely from the emergency exits,in a safe area, taking care not to impede the flow of operations and the exodusand the work of the rescuers;

• avoid leaving open fire doors installed along the escape path;• check your employees or co-workers or colleagues to make sure everyone has

evacuated the premises;• communicate the possible presence of dispersed people outside the Facilities

to the Emergency Management Manager.

SAFETY SIGNAGEWithin the premises you will find safety signage in compliance with Legislative Decree no. 81/08 - Title V; in this particular case it was decided to:

install the prohibition signs; install the warning signs; install the prescription signs; install the signs for the identification and the location of fire extinguishing

means; install the emergency signs; report the presence of tanks and piping containing dangerous substances or

preparations.

All external workers must strictly adhere to the indications provided by the cartels, and in particular:

wear personal protective equipment prescribed by the sign in place; Comply with all prohibitions; Pay attention to the indications concerning particularly dangerous areas Locate emergency guards through the specific signage

Prohibition signal, a signal that prohibits behavior that could run or cause danger;Warning signal, a signal that warns of a risk or danger;

Prescription signal, a signal that prescribes specific behavior; Rescue or rescuesignal, a signal indicating safety releases or rescue devices;

Sign, a signal which, through a combination of a geometric shape, colors and asymbol or pictogram, provides a specific indication, whose visibility is ensured by alighting of sufficient intensity;

Supplementary signboard means a signboard used together with a sign of the kindreferred to in the preceding paragraph and which provides supplementary indications;

BEHAVIOUR IN CASE OF CASE OF EMERGENCY

Report the fire through the fire alarm buttons

In case of fire, strictly comply with the instructions given byfirefighters.

During the evacuation follow the escape routes shown in thefire plan and suitably signaled by the rescue signs andemergency lights.

Once outside the building, stay at the nearest collection point.

It is forbidden to use water to extinguish fire on connected electrical or electronical devices.

FIRE PREVENTION MEASURES

Forbidden to smoke and/or use free flames

Do not tamper with or mone fire extinguishers and other safety decvices

Do not clutter nor stand in the areas by fire estinguishers, fire hydrants or safety exits.

PROCEDURES TO BE APPLIED IN CASE OF EMERGENCY1. Every worker is asked to activate the area's buzzer through the various buttons present,if he aperceives, within the structure, a danger such as a fire start.

2. Afterwards, all personnel not belonging to the intervention and evacuation team, onceheard the alarm sound must go to the nearest collection point on the floor planes placedinside the theater following the escape routes identified by the appropriate signs.

3. It will be the sole task of the emergency coordinator to make decisions on the way toact or about procedures to be adopted.

4. The rest of the staff will have to strictly follow the instructions provided by theemergency coordinator and the staff belonging to the firefighting team.

5. The staff, once at the collection point, will check whether colleagues of the same area,present when the emergency was taken, have not reached the collection point and giveimmediate notice to emergency personnel.

6.Personnel will have to stay at the collection point until the same staff of the emergencyteam communicate the end of the critical situation and the resumption of normal workactivities.
