The objective of this service is to convert raw, disorganized, unfinished information into “focused” or finished intelligence. Services include link analysis, phone records analysis and cell tower mapping, crime scene diagrams, complex and specialized flowcharts, bulk data analysis, and financial analysis reports.

• Digital forensics services are available to assist law enforcement member agencies to investigate and establish facts in criminal cases involving digital evidence. Services include acquisition, authentication, reconstruction, examination, and analysis of data stored on electronic media.

• Audio/video forensics can enhance recordings for better use in investigations and the courtroom.

• Investigative and case information submitted by officers is posted to ROCIC’s secure Website as searchable eBulletin articles, organized by crime category and by state.

• All articles are published in the monthly online ROCIC Bulletin, which can be downloaded and printed. Bulletins are archived online for easy accessibility.

• Special Research Reports cover various topics of timely concern to law enforcement, including officer safety, gangs, narcotics, sovereign citizens, digital media, and criminal trends and investigative techniques.
