This shopping centre with more than 100 shops is a fantastic place to explore in Alicante. Throughout the centre, the numerous floors are flooded with clothing, electrical goods, toys and many other accessories. There is also a cafeteria where refreshments can be purchased.

Rice :The most characteristic dishes are made with rice which is cooked in different ways.The star of the show is the world famous PAELLA which is Spain’s favourite dish.

Paella is a kind of mix ingredients, cooked with dry rice, chicken and rabbit, bajoqueta (green beans) and garrofón (butter beans).

Other traditional dishes are arroz al horno (oven-baked rice), arroz a banda (rice with seafood), arroz negro (rice with squid)…

Tapas: Small stuffed rolls, typical of this area, which combine meats and salted fish and have become popular throughout the rest of Spain.
