Ritek Wall Systems

The Ritek XL and XL Thermal wall systems offer an attractive, cost effective alternative to conventional masonry block, precast concrete and insitu building methods. The Ritek wall systems are pre-fabricated so they are quick and easy to install with no waste on site.

The Ritek XL Wall System is a pre-fabricated permanent formwork system which has been successfully used in an extensive range of building projects nationally and internationally. The system is used for all internal and external walls and selectively for such areas as lift shafts, stairwell and party walls. The wall panels consists of 6mm fibre cement, recessed edge facing sheets, bonded to patented vertical composite studs.

The Ritek XL Thermal Wall System is a pre-fabricated permanent formwork system which incorporates built-in insulation allowing for a high thermal rating up to R-value 4.8. The system has been successfully used in an extensive range of building projects nationally and internationally and can reduce conventional masonry construction wall thicknesses by up to 27% reducing building size and costs significantly.

Aspect on Benson is a multi-residential commercial project consisting of 72 x 2 bedroom apartments which utilised over 9,800m2 of the XL Wall Panel. The wall panel thicknesses for this project varied from 115mm to 265mm.

cast-in window technology. joining forces with aluminium

window industry, specialised adaptors have been

developed to complement the Ritek Wall System by

becoming an addition to the panel standing.

Windows and doors arrive on site fully glazed as completed units, they are extremely strong, square and capable of being installed without the need for waterproofing the opening, sealing or site measuring. The panels are cast into the wall and become an integral part of the construction.

As Ritek panels are custom manufactured off the

plan for each project to a set size, the window

manufacturer is able to begin manufacturing well

before construction commences. This ensures the

moment the walls are stood, the windows and doors

are on site, and ready to be fitted.

Essentially, the windows and doors are treated as

another wall panel, they are locked into place with

the specialised adaptor which is previously fitted at

window fabrication stage prior to delivery to site.
