    VICTORIA KOONCE Spa DirectorVictoria started with The Ritz-CarltonHotel Company as a personal trainer atThe Ritz-Carlton, Amelia Island, waspromoted to Spa Coordinator within sixmonths and subsequently was promoted toSpa Manager nine months later. In 2002Victoria became Spa Director.
