OUR PEOPLE

The Company was founded as a professional partnership by Robert Holmes’ father in 1963 and Robert then expanded and incorporated the business to become the successful estate agency business that it is today.

As Managing Director, Robert plays an active day to day role in the company. He has known Guy Leaning, director of our Coombe office, since Guy’s time as owner of Lords Estate Agents.

Guy has worked in the area since 1989, their combined knowledge together with other key staff members makes a unique formula in acting in the sale and purchase of some of the finest homes of the area.

We are regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and are members of the Association of Residential Letting Agents (ARLA) Most of our Directors are either Chartered

Surveyors or members of the National Association of Estate Agents (NAEA).

We set great store by getting involved in the community by supporting local schools, theatres, churches and charities, and sponsoring a number of local clubs and events. We are also contributing members of the very pro active Wimbledon Village Business Association.
