– The state is in need of a robust, quality online career development and planning system where, at the minimum, all students kindergarten through adult would have free access to:• Research based interest/skill/work value assessments• Life-long learning and career portfolios• Career awareness/exploration/planning components• Occupational, educational and financial aid options• Employment information and options• Connections to business and industry
