Program Development Process: Assessment: During this process, Robert Van Arlen, along with his team members, will listen to the needs of the program sponsor(s) to determine an effective program design. Sponsors are given as much time as needed to provide critical input for program design. Design: During this phase, items such as content, exercises, handouts and follow-up systems are developed to accomplish goals established for the program. Environmental factors including room staging and other visuals are critical to this design process. Implementation: Each program includes customized components including the specific messaging provided by the sponsor(s). On the day of the event, Robert communicates with sponsors to determine changes in the business climate that might impact the program. Final adjustments are made prior to the delivery. Follow-through: Robert and or his team meet with sponsor(s) in person or through a teleconference to determine effectiveness. A survey is also provided to all attendees to understand potential application and to identify key areas for continued development. Monthly follow-up is an additional option.
