• The project is not anticipated to limit the survival or population recovery of the SRKW
• The project is not anticipated to adversely affect the features of SRKW critical habitat when needed for their life functions.
• Mitigation measures include:
• Environmental management plans
• Awareness and education measures

• The project will not affect the ability of Roberts Bank to support western sandpiper
• Terminal is placed in deep waters to avoid effects to biofilm
• There is and will be enough biofilm to feed over a million birds every day
