Rocket Works added a charcoal stove to its product line as the demand in African countries surpassed that of wood stoves.

The charcoal stove incorporates design characteristics from the wood stove, and modifies them to apply to the type of heat charcoal produces. It has an effective temperature adjustment mechanism, which enables the user to better control the cooking temperature.

The charcoal stove is designed for everyday use, and is safe to use both indoors, in a well ventilated room, and outdoors.

The Rocket Works Bio Zama Pellet Stove burns compressed wood or biomass pellets. This clean burning stove is virtually smokeless and can be used as a great source of heat both outdoors and indoors, with minimum ventilation.

Pellet stoves are used in areas where there is a lack of firewood for fuel. Some countries have a moratorium on cutting down trees, and therefore pellet stoves are an environmentally friendly option to cook food safely and keep homes warm.

The Rocket Works Maxi Zama sells as an addition to the Jumbo Zama.

This cleverly designed stand can hold pots of up to 100lt in volume, and keeps the vessel safely in place when cooking large quantities of food, thus adding to the safety of the Jumbo Zama stove by preventing harmful burns sustained in crowded cooking environments.

Made from high quality, heat resistant stainless steel. The outer cage remains cool to the touch, even after hours of cooking and is easy to assemble and transport.

POT SKIRTSDesigned for use with all of our stoves, this protective shield is primarily used in windy conditions to help retain heat when cooking outdoors. It protects the flame and distributes heat evenly along the bottom and the sides of the pot which saves on fuel and cooking time.

POTJIE STANDDesigned to fit on top of the Zama Zama wood stove, this stainless steel pot stand, holds a traditional South African cooking pot (potjie) comfortably and ensures even cooking throughout.

The Rocket Works ‘Jumbo Zama’ is designed to be a greater source of heat and can accommodate large cooking pots, of up to 100lts.
