Paul Enderli, our chairman has been instrumental in the advancement of the industry. As a founding chairman of the Real Estate Institute of South Africa, he has is a well-respected elder in the real estate community. He also developed one of the most enduring and respected real estate brands in the Western Cape. His involvement in the development of thought leadership is well documented and it is this ethos and reputation that lives on in his son, Toni Enderli who is the founding chief executive of Realtor of Excellence. The family have successfully run Plotland Pty (Ltd) since 1979, making this opportunity more an evolution than a start up.

Toni has assembled an impressive team of captains of industry to spear head the development of the Realtor of Excellence brand. With the business model and brand having been extensively tested since its launch in 2012 and we are hugely encouraged by the results. The business has grown some 400% since early 2012 and in areas where the systems have been tested we have enjoyed up to a 25% increase in market share! It is time to offer this value and success to clients nationally by encouraging passionate professionals like you to join us in creating an incredible future together.

Technology is advancing daily. Consumers are extremely savvy and ever increasing access to technology has exposed them to greater choices and education on process, services and costs – and agent. We must respond if we are to remain relevant. We need to change how we do things. With a customer centric brand built around old school values and principles, but using technology to increase our speed, efficiency, profitability and reach.

OUR USE OF TECHNOLOGY

The rate of global uptake in technology and new media is unprecedented. Nothing could have ever predicted the growth rates of mobile literacy, speed of the internet, growth of Apple or the uptake of Facebook and social media. All these advancements haven’t just meant a change in how we are entertained, but more over in how we communicate, transact, research, buy – it has changed the very way in which we live. But already it has become commoditised – it is no longer about the iPad, the Blackberry, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest. It is about content, experience, and context. The use of technology for technology’s sake is a fool’s ambition. We need to start interrogating why we use technology, what is its real purpose in business, entertainment and communication? For us, it is simple: the more advanced technology becomes, the more old school its use. It is all about service and face time. In a world where technology is designed to reduce face time, we’re using it to increase it. We are using technology to create efficiency in business operation, ensuring that the consumer has more time sitting opposite our staff, building trust and long term relationships.

Our app based sales management software and client management software has been designed to ensure we create a paperless, fast, efficient and transparent experience for the seller, buyer and agent.

This virtual office, with client interface, means that everyone involved in the deal is constantly 100% up to speed with all aspects of the deal from anywhere in the world. We have also centralised all sales administration which means that the agent rarely has to go into an office to register a mandate, organise photography, coordinate the necessary certificates, apply for bonds etc. it is done automatically by utilising the iPad app. What does this really mean? It means the agents are doing what they are good at – selling. We worry about the rest. A real win-win, we think. The agents have more time with more clients now. That coupled with a higher commission structure, means they are also earning better.

Plus, because our technology is cloud based and it is accessible from anywhere in the world, making you incredibly agile!

The biggest impact of all in this new world, is that we are not interested in selling loads of franchises. What we are after are the individual agents as we supply the support and back-end for all aspects of the transaction. This includes all marketing services, sales administration and sales support.
