According to the plans by the Hamburg architects gmp, the stadium has been equipped with modern technology, whereby it turned out that the renovation of the ailing sanitary facilities will be a particular problem. Due to the requirements of the existing building a conventional gravity drainage only would be realized with substantial technical and financial cost . In addition, the expected peak flow would require very large pipe diameter in the stadium and charged the subsequent wastewater infrastructure considerably. So was looking for a sanitary system technology that enables a flexible pipe laying with very small pipe diameter and simultaneously reduces the wastewater peak flow. Solution: drainage system met all required criteria and Roediger Vacuum has won with its Ukrainian partners VKS from Kiev in competition with other providers the tender to build the largest vacuum system that has ever been realized in a building. With a total of 5 individually planned major vacuum stations and more than 16.5 km vacuum pipe network the reliable disposal of all waste water in the total stadium is ensured since October 2011. Through the use of more than 1.000 RoeVac ® Silentium vacuum toilets, the drinking water consumption as well as the wastewater peak flow was reduced effectively. Specials: Grease containing wastewater from the kitchens of the VIP area will be disposed centrally with special RoeVac ® evacuation units. Nach den Plänen des Hamburger Architekturbüros gmp wurde das Stadion mit modernster Technik ausgerüstet, wobei sich besonders die Sanierung der maroden Sanitäranlagen als besonderes Problem herausstellte. Aufgrund der Vorgaben des bestehenden Baukörpers hätte sich eine konventionelle Freispiegelent-wässerung nur mit erheblichem technischen und finanziellem Aufwand realisieren lassen. Zudem hätte der zu erwartende Peakflow sehr große Rohrleitungsdurchmesser im Stadion erfordert und die anschließende Abwasser-infrastruktur erheblich belastet. Gesucht wurde also ein Sanitärtechnik-System, das eine flexible Rohrleitungsverlegung mit sehr kleinen Rohrdurchmessern ermöglicht und gleichzeitig den Abwasser-Peakflow reduziert. Lösung: wässerungssystem erfüllte alle geforderten Kriterien und Roediger Vacuum konnte mit seinem Ukrainischen Partner VKS aus Kiew im Wettbewerb mit anderen Anbietern den Zuschlag zum Bau der größten Vakuum-anlage gewinnen, die jemals in einem Gebäude realisiert wurde. Mit insgesamt 5 individuell geplanten Vakuumgroßanlagen und mehr als 16,5 km Vakuumleitungsnetz ist seit Oktober 2011 die zuverlässige Entsorgung aller Abwässer des gesamten Stadions sicher-gestellt. Durch den Einsatz von mehr als 1000 RoeVac ® Silentium Vakuumtoiletten wurde zudem der Trinkwasserverbrauch und damit auch der Abwasser-Peakflow wirkungsvoll re-duziert.
