A/V Policies & Procedures Only trained qualified technicians are to operate any part of
the system Equipment is treated with respect and returned to storage
after the event is over. Any damages or non functioning gear needs to be reported to
Roger or Laura Ann ASAP! Only acoustic guitars and vocals may be ran through the
system. NO electric or bass guitars!!! The Crestron touch panel and iPad are for official business
only! Any playback music must conform to the MC Vision and be
appropriate for the audience. This includes music provided by the client or department.
Arrive early and expect to leave late.

Mic Routing and Gain
Mic Routing / Control Select the controls section for the input that you
are working with Make sure each zone is hi-lighted that you are
sending to. Double check to see that MIC is hi-lighted if
using a wired microphone. Turn the volume down half way to avoid
unwanted feedback/damage to system. UN-Mute the Mic
(MUTE is active when hi-lighted) Raise volume to appropriate level
