The type of classes and programs offered are as varied and diverse as the seniors that attend them. To assist you in keep-ing healthy we offer aerobics: Low Impact Exercise, Tai Chiand Ping Pong. For those of you who prefer alternative ways to keep in shape, we offer a variety of dance classes – country & western line dancing, both beginner and intermediate and Zumba Gold. If you need a break from all that exercise we have duplicate bridge, mah jong, scrabble and pool. We also offer a number of classes such as arts and crafts and book clubs. If you're hungry, our Center offers delicious, healthy and creative cuisine provided by Council on Aging of Sonoma County.
