Offshore Energy Center(OEC) operates its state-of-the-art facility, theOcean Star. Jesters can step on board, tour thecompletely refurbished jackup drilling rig, absorbthe day-to-day excitement of offshore drilling and
production, marine transportation, environmental protection, construction, pipelining - all experi-enced through three decks of videos, equipmentexhibits and interactive displays. It’s a museum,educational attraction and working drilling rig allrolled into one.
