The ROJO exhibition is a display of the most representative pieces of contemporary design made in Spain. They are objects that have been conceived, devised and produced entirely by spanish companies and are now celebrated examples within the international habitat-design panorama. The emerging Arquitectura–G studio has designed an exhibition format that can be moved from site to site using multiple modular configurations that adapt to different spaces.

TRAY BUREAU, la evolución de TRAY, la mesa de Pedro Feduchi para AVP de Imasoto. Tray ha sido diseñada por el arquitecto Pedro Feduchi y forma parte desde 2012 de la línea Architect View Products de Imasoto. Ha sido reconocida internacionalmente con el prestigioso iF Design Award 2012 y recientemente se ha presentado la versión Tray Bureau en la Feria de Estocolmo, la evolución de este diseño original.

TRAY BUREAU, the evolution of TRAY, a table designed by the architect Pedro Feduchi. Tray was designed by the Spanish architect Pedro Feduchi and the new version, Tray Bureau, has been recently shown in Stockholm Furniture Fair. Tray won the iF Design Award 2012. The iF Design Awards are a prestigious international design recognition. The reputation of these awards is in large part by the quality and rigor of its jury, a panel of experts who choose among thousands of products around the world.

Su diseño recuerda a la silla de toda la vida, pero con una clara innovación en materiales y prestaciones. La estructura de la silla consiste en un monobloque inyectado en polipropileno con tecnología de moldeo asistida por gas. Esta técnica permite concesiones al diseño a la hora de crear formas redondeadas y cilíndricas huecas. El resultado es una pieza más ligera pero resistente y con total funcionalidad de uso. Lisboa chair seeks integration in spaces without fanfare, but elegantly formal cogency. Its design resembles the usual chair, but with a clear material innovation and performance. The structure of the chair consists of a monoblock technology injected polypropylene with gas assisted molding. This technique allows the design concessions in creating rounded and cylindrical forms. El taburete Lottus, diseñado por Lievore Altherr Molina, está compuesto por una carcasa de polipropileno inyectado, formando asiento y respaldo, con posibilidad de combinar colores y acabados en plástico o textil entre ambos. Todo ello montado sobre distintas bases metálicas de tubo de acero o aluminio lacado o cromado/pulido, las cuales pueden ser giratoria de cuatro patas, pie central giratorio, o bien pie patín. Desde el 2013 el taburete Lottus está disponible con una nueva base realizada en contrachapado de abedul. Diseño: Lievore Altherr Molina

The Lottus stool, designed by Lievore Altherr Molina, is composed of one-piece injected polypropylene shell, seat and backrest, with the possibility of combining colours and finishes in plastic or textile. The whole options of shells are mounted on different metallic or aluminium lacquered or chrome/polished tube structures. It is manufactured with three different types of frames: swivel 4 legs, square rounded central swivel base foot and sled frame. Su estructura, hecha de varilla de acero, se ofrece acabada en multitud de colores . El asiento y el respaldo están fabricadas con chapas de maderas naturales o lacadas. El asiento también se puede tapizar. Las sillas ARC han sido premiadas con el prestigioso premio de diseño internacional “IF Product Design Award 2013 ”.

Designed by Yonoh design studio, ARC is a collection of chairs designed for a versatile use at home and contract projects. With a sinuous and elegant design, its backrest gently embraces us. The structure, made of steel rod, is offered in a wide range of colours or chrome. The seat and backrest are made of moulded plywood with different natural veneers or lacquered. The seat can also be upholstered. The design of the chairs along with the wide range of finishes match the aesthetics of each project and adapts to the various spaces. ARC chairs have been awarded with the prestigious international “IF Product Design Award 2013“.

KriskaDECOR shows the newest version of its already metallic chain link in red, chosen by Fernando Amat for decorating the Dos Palillos restaurant in Barcelona, being displayed in the new Gernika divider.

Gernika by Stimulo is a modular room divider whose minimalist and stepped design allows a visual play of different densities.

With sleek and clean lines, it is a sophisticated and modern screen which helps to create separated ambiances in lobbies, restaurants and any kind of spaces.

Las formas depuradas de los soportes, que son como la abstracción de un árbol, con esa horizontalidad y verticalidad, contrastan con el detallado plumaje de las aves. La capacidad decorativa de los agapornis, cacatúas, periquitos y loros, su vistoso colorido y la cuidada proporción entre ellos, contribuye al realismo de una escena en la que parece que los pájaros se hubieran posado en un breve descanso en su vuelo. The refined forms of the supports, reminiscent of the abstraction of a tree with its horizontality and verticality, contrast with the minute plumage of the birds. In his collection, the parquet reflects the natural wear and tear of Wood caused by the elements over time, reminiscent of the colours and textures taken on by Wood in nature itself. A symphony of color and touch that turns parquet flooring into a truly natural carpet.

Sin estridencias pero con un toque distintivo y tremendamente contemporáneo, Talo aporta algo más que un extraordinario confort, lo cual la hace apta para todo tipo de ambientaciones. Las raíces de los manglares han sido el punto de partida para esta polivalente pieza. Sin lugar a dudas, el rasgo más característico de Talo lo encontramos en sus tensionadas patas (o raíces) que trepan por la estructura y resaltan por debajo del tejido. Diseñador: Sebastian Herkner.

Talo takes a new approach to the traditional small armchair – a must-have for any hotel. Discreet and distinctive, the design is a departure from all others, yet retaining a familiar form. Talo is extraordinarily comfortable, making it the ideal piece for a range of settings. The roots of the mangrove tree have provided the starting point for this adaptable piece. The most characteristic element of Talo is in its feet that thrust up under the fabric, like the roots of a mangrove tree just visible above ground level as they form the trunk.
