• Registered volunteer
• Passed criminal background check in past 3 years
• Participate in volunteer orientation
• Attend county club manager training
• Work with volunteers and Extension professionals to teach and motivate youth

• Primary link between the county Extension office, agent(s) and 4-H club
• Complete 4-H Charter application annually
• Recruit members and volunteers
• Coordinate enrollment for youth and volunteers
• Train and supervise officers and committees
• Manage executive committee, 4-H club meetings, and 4-H projects
