Requirements unique to tablets:New UI: Multi-touch screen, virtual keyboard, new screen form facto

New Os: Android, WebOS, Customized Linux

Public API languages are different from ACM native code.Porting all ACM into tablet environment is not trivial.

No need for all features of ACM: Tablets already support nativeWi-Fi/Mobile connections, GPS, Phonebook, SMS

Best approach is to implement the 3 core features(Activation, Usage Meter, Wispr) on tablets:

Rely on native tablet UI, Public API, connection manager to ensure forward compatibility and easy maintenance.

Port the 3 modules from ACM native code to New OS native code

Provide Tablet OEM with device requirements to offer required pubensure correct implementation of these 3 features. Example: MSDINnumber, radio reboot
