Dear colleagues, We welcome you to the XII National Congress of Phlebology, which will take place in October 17 - 19, 2013 in Timişoara. Organizing it has become a tradition for the phlebologic academic community. The Congress will address topics in venous pathology in
terms of "classic" and "modern". Without minimizing the classical concepts, which are at the basis of the etiopathogenic and therapeutic substrate of the diseases of the venous system, we will pay special attention to the modern concepts, of the 21th century, that is gaining ground and become more and more widespread. For these reasons, this Congress was named: "Classical and Modern in the Chronical Venous Diseases". In this context, we have invited well-known scientists and practitioners in this area of activity, with recognized expertise in modern Phlebology. The Congress is organized by the Romanian Society of Phlebology and the Clinic of Surgery I, under the auspices of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy "Victor Babes" Timisoara. Timisoara is a welcoming city with a rich historical background, offering many fascinating attractions. We hope, that for those who know it, it will be a pleasant come back, and for those who will now see it for the first time, to return with unforgettable impressions and memories. On the occasion of this Congress, we want to become friends, to start partnerships, exchange ideas, share experience, and learn new concepts, useful in our Phlebology practice. Dragi colegi,
Vă asteptăm cu drag la Al XII-lea Congres National de
Flebologie care se va desfăsura în perioada 17-19
octombrie 2013 la Timisoara.
Devenit traditional în comunitatea academică flebologică, congresul va avea
ca tematică abordarea patologiei venoase prin prisma „clasicului” si al
„modernului”. Fără a minimaliza notiunile clasice, care stau la baza
substratului etiopatogenic si terapeutic al bolilor sistemului venos vom
acorda o atentie deosebită conceptiilor moderne, ale secolului XXI, care
câstigă teren si se impun pe scară largă. Din aceste considerente am intitulat
acest congres: ”Clasic si modern în boala venoasă cronică”. În acest
context am invitat personalităti cu o expertiză recunoscută în lumea
flebologică modernă.
Congresul este organizat Societatea Română de Flebologie si Clinica I
Chirurgie sub auspiciile Universitătii de Medicină si Farmacie „Victor
Babes”din Timisoara.
Timisoara este un oras ospitalier cu trecut istoric, oferă multiple atractii.
Sperăm că pentru cei care îl cunosc să fie o revedere plăcută iar pentru cei
care acum îl vor descoperi să rămână cu impresii si amintiri de neuitat. Cu
ocazia acestui congres dorim să legăm noi prietenii, colaborări, să schimbăm
opinii, să ne împărtăsim experienta, să rămânem cu notiuni noi, utile în
practica noastră flebologică.
Împreună cu comitetul de organizare vă doresc succes la lucrările acestui
congres si vă adresez un călduros „Bine ati venit!”
