    Trip inclusions may be modified if the group does not meet their minimum participation numbers.

    Eligibility This tour is open to all members of the Brooks Middle School Band. Students must be in good standing and meet all of the school requirements to be eligible for a field trip. Students will be accompanied by approved chaperones.

    Chaperones We want to make this trip a success and we need adult chaperones to help us do that! Parents must complete the online tour registration and pay their $100 deposit to secure their spot as a chaperone. All chaperones must agree to take responsibility for students in their charge and will follow all chaperone guidelines. Price: $365 double occupancy or $469 single occupancy.

    Reservations and Payment Schedule Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first served basis with the payment of a $100 booking deposit. The payment schedule is as follows: Due: December 1, 2017 $100 per person booking deposit Due: January 19, 2018 $100 payment per person Due: March 9, 2018 Final Balance In order to complete your online registration you must pay the $100 booking deposit at the time of registration. It is expected that you will follow the payment schedule as outlined. Fundraising is due 2 weeks prior to each payment and will be posted to your account once received in the Entourage Management office.

    Credit card charges will show up as EBX*Entoura2708421148. Any fees incurred from chargebacks (denied charges) will be added to your account.

    You will have the opportunity to upload a photo of the participants that you are registering. This can be done at the time of registration or at a later time if that is more convenient for you. Photos will be used for chaperone information on the trip. Once you’ve created your registration account you will be able to go back in to make payments, view your purchases, update preferences and see any email communication that has been sent to you.

    Pricing & Inclusions Adjustments Tour pricing is subject to a minimum number of paying participants on the trip. Adjustments to the trip inclusions may be made should the group not meet their required minimum numbers. If the group exceeds the required minimum, we’ll make adjustments to add in additional inclusions or decrease the trip pricing as applicable.

    Accommodations & Rooming List Hampton Inn guest rooms feature 2 queen beds, mini-fridge, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, remote-control cable tv, coffee maker, and free internet. Students will be accommodated at quad occupancy and will select roommates in December for the trip. Students rooming together will be riding together. Any special requests must be made prior to the rooming list being compiled. Selected chaperones will be assigned to double occupancy rooms, providing the numbers work out equally.

    Trip Cancellation Fee Waiver Program $29 pp - nonrefundable This program waives the cancellation penalties and non-refundable fees involved in your trip in the event that you need to cancel your participation for documented illness, death in the immediate family, or emergency type situation that will be handled on a case-by-case basis. To qualify for this program, you must purchase it at the time of registration.
