Executive Summary:

The proposal of Rooman Technologies is to ease the competition we face to hunt for a talented scholar while ensuring the quality and retention in a win-win scenario in association with Client

Rooman Technologies proposes “The Apprentice – Train and Hire model” to be driven in association with Client to address the large manpower requirement company has to honor at every quarter.

The proposal aims at targeting graduate candidates through two major approaches namely

1) Assured Placement Model2) Ready to Work Model.

Candidate will take up Online entrance test and telephonic interview with Rooman. Entrance test Cleared candidates will be processed to Client for

Personal / HR Interview.

Candidates Shortlisted by Client will be offered a selection letter from Client for attending training in Rooman for 33 days as per the requirement of Client

Candidate will be evaluated on a weekly basis on the technical and interpersonal skills. The Evaluation Status of candidates can be viewed by Client through

accessing Rooman ERP.

After the completion of Training, Candidate will be evaluated by Client on technical skills & shortlisted candidates will join Client on a contract role through

Rooman for a span of 12 months .

Based On candidates performance he/she can be absorbed by Client after 12 months upon paying a One time Placement fee.

Assured Placement Model

1. Candidate will be sourced by ROOMAN from Diploma, Degree and Engineering colleges by conducting Pool campus drives or through any other channel.

2. Candidates will be later screened by Client on Communication, Aptitude and HR. Interview cleared candidates will be given a Assurance of Job Letter by Client.

3. Candidates will later Undergo training for 33 working days in ROOMAN as per the Assured Placement Model. This training model helps them in undergoing 33 days of course on Infrastructure Management Services specialist with knowledge of Hardware, Networking, Windows 7/2003/2008, Exchange – 2010, Linux, CCNA, Network security and introduction of Virtualization and Cloud Computing. They will also be undergoing Interactive session on weekends to enhance their skills.

4. After completion of the training candidates will be assessed by Client on technical front and shortlisted candidates will be placed in Client on a contract role through ROOMAN for a period of 12 months minimum. Candidates rejected in technical interview will be either processed for other company or their training fees will be returned.

5. After completion of 12 months based on the performance of the candidate Client can absorb them paying a one time placement charge.

ROOMAN has trained & placed more than 85,000 candidates in corporate such as Wipro, Microsoft, SUN, IBM, HP, INFOSYS, NOKIA, ERICSSON and more

Rooman uses an ERP which contains the data of previously trained / candidates who are have completed their training and who are ready to work.

ROOMAN has presence in more than 75 locations in India and has more than 500 students passing out every month.

Rooman maintains a huge database which will be shared with Client for short listing the candidate based on the requirement of Client.

ROOMAN can deliver as per the requirement of Client and has got the ability to manage and source for candidates in good numbers as and when required by

Client from the data banks Rooman maintains or through other channels.

Attrition Free Add on

• This model broadly addresses the candidates who have chosen brand Rooman for their training. Such enrolled candidate spend 12 – 18 months (normal 2 hours batch) to complete their certification courses

• Candidates who have completed at least six months of Training which covers Hardware and Basics of Networking at Rooman will be eligible

• Candidate will sign an agreement stating that they will work on internship for at least one year at Client. Upon this agreement 15 days customized training will be offered to the candidate free of cost to meet the need of Client’s requirement

• As the student is undergoing the course and wants to have the required skills before starting the job hence he would not like to drop his course or internship

• Candidates would have paid the complete fee for the course to Rooman hence would not like to drop in between and this Internship is coming as a value addition which will protect them from the curse of being a Fresher at the end of the course

• Client gets the flexibility to retain the talents based on their performance during internship

Assured internship – During the final semesters candidates are more worried about the placement/job opportunities than the study. The proposed assured internship model will give them a piece of mind as they have the assured internship with them along with the job based on their performanceSkilled resources – With the proposed solution Client will have skilled resources once they finish their academic which can be utilized for project/production environmentCost saving – Client don’t have to invest on the induction program as candidates are skilled thereby bringing better operating margin to ClientReliability – The huge manpower requirement of Client at each quarter forces the company to reply on multiple partners/agencies to achieve the desired output. With the proposed solution such dependencies and other such consequences can be abolished. Customized training – A generic certification course enables candidate to explore opportunities at regular interval. With the proposed one month training program where the training will be customized with respect to the requirement foreseen by Client candidates will have limited options to look for which in turn will ensure a very well controlled attrition rate and advantage of interoperability.

Suggestions

1. The Number of Candidates required under Assured Placement Model must be précised and should be informed to Rooman in advance. Last minute changes in the numbers required or the requirement will end up the candidates being the liability to Client.

2. The candidates sourced/trained for any urgent requirements in large numbers will be completely based on the requirement shared by Client, Hence Last minute changes after completion of the Sourcing/training these candidates will be the liability of Client.

3. We request to have a dedicated SPOC representing Client and a SPOC from Rooman for a Smooth flow of the recruitment and training process which will drive the Process/Campaign to success.
