A passion for affordable high quality studios

We have a passion for providing accommodation to expatriates and Vietnamese who want to enjoy high quality affordable accommodation in Vietnam and we have enjoyed this since 2007. Below are our key milestones:

• In 2007, we started a real estate agency in Phu My Hung city, Saigon South. • In 2010, we first opened our then Rose Apartment Hotel in Viet Tri City, Phu Tho

province as a family business. • In 2011, we opened Rose Apartments in Ho Chi Minh City also as a family business. • 2012 was a turning point when we decided to go professional and started our Rosana

Bac Ninh project and Rosana My Phuoc project. Our business concept is simple: provide international quality studio rooms at great prices for our clients by:

1. Being one of the best in the field by focusing on small and mid-range apartment hotel as our core and only business. We don’t do business in low-end as well as high end segments.

2. Acquiring properties at great prices and utilize it to its best value. 3. Direct involvement of owners in key steps of the business from concept to

construction and operation to save costs and provide quality control over the process. 4. Simple, practical and elegant designs to save costs and pass on these savings to our

clients by offering them great studios at great prices. 5. Growing our business in regional cities where there are many foreign direct

investment enterprises, quality Vietnamese businesses, and a shortage of international quality accommodation. This approach ensures that our expertise is best utilized where it is most needed.

Over the last 12 years, the owners have been to many countries, namely Australia, Cambodia, China, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, USA, Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Sapa, Ba Vi, Tam Dao, Viet Tri, Hai Phong, Vinh Yen, Bac Ninh, Quang Ninh, Sam Son, Hue, Da Nang, Nha Trang, Phan Thiet, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Can Tho, An Giang, Phu Quoc, Vinh Long, Bac Lieu, Ca Mau), visiting as many as over 150 hotels and serviced apartment hotels, spending hundreds of thousand of USDs to set up a suitable model for Rosana apartment hotels.

It has a total of 15 elegantly appointed rooms, all with a kitchen It is opposite a new and spacious 4,300 m2 park. Within 0.5-3 kms radius, there are supermarkets (e.g. DABACO on Ly Thai To boulevard), shops, restaurants (fast-food, local and also Korean, Japanese restaurants), cafes, banks (Shinhan Bank, Techcombank...), karaoke bars, massage parlors, night club... There is a traditional market called Chợ ðọ, about 1 km from the hotel. This is also an expatriate area in Bac Ninh.
