Like a Palladian masterpiece, this wine represents what the Romans and Greeks intended wine to be: easy to drink and a beautiful companion to food. WINE PRODUCTION The pressed grapes are immediately separated from the skins. Fermentation follows with the addition of selected yeasts at the temperature of 60-65°F to enhance the fruity nose typical of this wine. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks for ten days before bottling. TASTING NOTES A delicate cherry-pink wine with fresh aromas of sweet and sour cherries. It is well-balanced, medium bodied and especially lively and refreshing. FOOD PAIRING This wine pairs well with light appetizers, pasta dishes and baked fish or white meat. Also perfectly refreshing to enjoy on its own. Serve cool at 54°F.
