Terms of Sale

TERMS: Buyer is responsible for 5% buyer’s premium. There is a 1% co-broker fee.

OFFERING PROCEDURE: The Property will be available for purchase on Ten-X. Bidding will end March 1, 2017. We encourage all interested parties to execute a confidentiality agreement at their earliest opportunity to gain access to the Ten-X due diligence site.

C: Make a bidder deposit. Winning bidder’s deposits will be applied towards the earnest money deposit. Non-winning bidder’s deposits will be refunded.

D: All bidders will provide a bidder qualification form and recent bank or brokerage account showing the availability of funds.

E: Once a bidder has won the auction, they will be contacted to execute the purchase and sale agreement. Purchase and sale agreement is non negotiable and will be provided in the due diligence site.
