building project schedules for Government, Private or Educational District Owners.

EDGE Development, Inc. Temecula, Calif. 11/04 to 9/22/2012 – Scheduling Manager

My duties include the set-up and maintenance of all company project schedules including Southern, Northern

California and Private Works. Develop corporate wide policies and procedures to insure that all project

schedules are maintained (updated) on a monthly basis at a minimum. On an as need basis developing

resource and cost loaded schedules to meet Owner specifications and requirements. Provide training and

support in the use of the documentation required to support weekly, biweekly and monthly reports.

Com Global Systems, Inc. San Diego, Calif. 08/02 to 01/04 – Sr. Systems Analyst

My duties include developing and maintaining Design and Construction schedules for $41 million in Capital

Improvement Projects for the City of Poway. These schedules are cost loaded for cash flow analysis and to

meet Bond requirements for future bond measures. Setup and use of Expedition 9.0 a web based document

control software used on construction projects. Additional task include maintenance of PMW173 program

and GFI/GFE schedule using P5, P3e and Primavision. Review new release of Cost Manager an EVM

software that supports P3e, TeamPlay and P3e/c and adds additional reporting and tracking formats.

My duties are to develop and maintain a 1700 cost/resource-loaded schedule for the construction of the La

Mesa Segment of the MTDB Light Rail system through 2 years of construction. Project cost $59,000,000.00.

My duties and responsibilities as Scheduling Manager are the Training of the Project Managers and Project

Engineers in the use of Primavera for Windows software, to schedule and manage their projects. Use data

and drawings provided by the cost estimating department to produce schedules for proposals. Develop the

methods required to resource and cost load future projects. Develop and manage schedules for Project

managers who do not have Project Engineers to manage their projects. Develop and maintain the companies
