How did Rotaract start?

• The first Rotaract club, the Rotaract club of the University of North Carolina, was founded on 13 March 1968.• The club was

sponsored by the Rotary club of North Charlotte, North Carolina.

• Today, there are more than 7,088 clubs in over 150 countries worldwide.

• Rotaract clubs draw members from the community or are organized as an extracurricular activity for college students.
