OBJECTIVE:To promote two-way communication between the community of PCOs and the regulators. This will serve as a venue for regulators to report updates and raise compliance issues that they deemed necessary for the regulated community to improve on. On the other hand, this is also a venue for the PCOs to raise their concerns and issues in terms of actual compliance on the ground.

Is staggered training for 40 & 8 hours allowed for PCO Accreditation?
Staggered Training is discouraged. There is no approved advance training yet. PCAPI R4A Advance Training is only approved by EMB R4A
Training from NCR is not recognized at R4A.
Training should be accredited by EMB Central. EMB is not allowed to conduct Training but they can be trainer / speaker / lecturer by EMB Accredited Training Org.
Can we consider having 20 hours training as renewal instead of 40 hours considering PCO Experience.

Will there a different module for Basic PCO and Refresher Course?
EMB is considering to have a different module
Is the LLDA or CENRO Training accepted for PCO Accreditation / Renewal?
Training should be conducted by EMB Accredited Training Organization
Is the 8 hours for the PCO Summit will be accepted for PCO Accreditation?
Yes for R4A only.
If the 30 days without PCO lapsed and MHtakes over as PCO, can he still act as PCO even after 30 days?
If the MH will act as PCO, there should be another MH. Should have one MH and one PCO. Inform EMB thru a letter about the situation

What is the Processing time for PCO Accreditation? Arewe already considered as PCO even if the accreditation is not yet released?Can one PCO be allowed for Multiple sites inside one economic zone? Diff municipalities in one region?Is it allowed to have one managing head for several PCOs for several sites? Is it allowed to only have one Managing Head who is handling 2 companies under one umbrella.

Any plans for standard compensation for PCOs?
For PCAPI, do you intend to have training for foreign MH. Translated to the language of the Foreign National.

Online Manifest / PTT to be applied online by the Generator is not agreeable by PCOs.Payment for every trip.
No more permit to transport, we will use manifest.Online Manifest System on January 2016. Generator to apply for the Manifest.Can be coordinated with Service Provider but to consider system security of the company.One manifest / trip. Payment per trip depends on the MOA. COT 45 days after transport, also online (From TSD).P500 per waste for 6 months.
Issue on printing the application for signature. (Not fully online)
