State of nature:- a term in political philosophy to describe the human condition before the state’s foundation.- the condition before the rule of positive law comes into being.- it is a part of classical republicanism theory as a reason of entering a state of society by creating a government
• Rousseau’s concept:- it was a peaceful time, quixotic times.- people lived solitary and uncomplicated
