brand based in SA, UAE and the UK. BBS offers license holders great business opportunities

for selling our Milestone Development and Sensory Processing activity boxes to parents and

babies in your practice for ages 0 to 3 years. BBS offers different services this license offer only

covers the Full Nursery Box license of our Milestone Development baby boxes that parents buy

no swopping required.

expect royalties, monthly fees etc so our

license fees are kept as low as possible to

The M&D warehouse sets the minimum

selling price of each toy. In the above

breakdown and considering you are

splitting the 4 puppets into one per box the

selling price of the toys can not be less

than R1234 plus you have to add in fees for

our expertly designed learning guides and

the box you put it in so we sell the Full Box

for R1500. You make +/-R100% profit per

order so earning potential is great.

You can offer specials but be respectful of

the minium selling price per toy. Our

expertly designed early learning guide,

glossary, baby massage and activities

providing easy-to-follow ideas and

instructions for all the

different learning

stages from 0-3 years are essentially

what gives the box its value over and

above the price of toys so you can not

value the box on just 8 toys.

When buying a toy over the counter at a toy

store the packaging often limits the fun to

one age but using the toy with our activities

gives the toys years of growth and

enjoyment as baby learns how to use and

enjoy it differently as they develop.

Please remember to cost in the following

with each Full Nursery Box:

Print activities and milestone checklists

(+/-14 pages, feel free to print double sided, and print on cardboard so they last longer

than std bond paper).

Buy a plain brown cardboard box to fit the 8 toys and printed activities – buy your stock

first so you can size the box correctly.

Deliver personally to avoid having to charge courier fees or add courier fees over and

above the selling price – courier fees are NOT included.

Buy some coloured “Tissue” stuffing paper to line the box – it always looks better than

just dumping the toys into a plain box. The same sort of paper you would use to stuff a

gift bag.e to train their teaching assistants and baby caregivers!

SELLING THE BOXES: WHAT AREAS CAN YOU SELL IN?Note:

To secure an area

you would pay a

larger license fee,

please enquire for

pricing per area

size as Jhb South

would be a different

size to Ladysmith

etc. Please see our

note on page 2 for

secure area pricing

etc.

Your license fee allows you to sell our

boxes to your client base and at your

practice plus in any SA area; that does

not have a secure rep in place; which

offers you fantastic scope. If you do not

have an existing client base but wish to sell

boxes to your friends and contacts then

with your R6000 license you are welcome

to sell in your area and areas nearby that

do not have secure reps in place. Licenses

can not be refunded or sold.

For those securing an area license:

Secure area licenses are available at

additional fees plus then you pay less

royalties, see note on p2 for details. If you

move on or stop selling we retain the right

to appoint another person in your area to

continue meeting client demands.

Plan deliveries on one specific day a week

to help petrol costs as delivering yourself is

best. Feel free to work in a petrol fee if

necessary. If you use external couriers

please note courier fees are not included in

our pricing so add them as extra costs

should they apply. If you set up a pre-paid

account with couriers like The Courier Guy

they give great discounts per delivery.

ROYALTIES EXPLAINED:Note:

Your first 2 months

are free from any

royalties to help

you get started.

We are issued with

copies of all stock

orders so are aware

of what each area

rep orders & we

trust you will make

the right

payments.

Baby will develop

vocabulary, English

& Afrikaans

Rhymes, mid-line

crossing, hand-eye

co-ordination,

gross/fine motor

skills, brain

sensory play etc.

When using a brand and product to earn

money the company owning the brand has

the right to earn a royalty % on your sales.

We set very low royalties and these are

due monthly on all income/sales. If you

wish to pay lower royalties monthly

request to pay a higher upfront license

fee. At these license fee special rates our

monthly royalties are normally 10% but on

this special we drop to only 5% on income.

Plus now with 2 months free from any

royalties to help you get started. Please

don’t delay or skip royalty payments. We

are issued with copies of all stock orders so

are aware of what each licensee orders.

We are all here to grow a business and

trust our licensees to pay royalties on time

and fairly.

Although written in English each activity highlights in bold the words you need to verbalise

to baby during play so feel free to verbalise in baby's home language to encourage

vocabulary and auditory stimulation from as young as possible. English and Afrikaans

rhymes are added to encourage different language development from as young as

possible.

MARKETING YOUR BOXES:

To help you get started on your marketing we create a new product Facebook page for

you and assign you as the editor. You boost, post and share it as desired. We offer

screenshots and guidelines to help. Feel free to skip this and promote via your current

pages/sites its up to you. We sell our licenses at very discounted prices to reduce

your initial cash output which means you are responsible for your own marketing.

HINT: Keep in mind that our activities are great training guides for moms to

give to nanny to use, as they train while they play and as baby develops! They

are written with domestic caregivers in mind so are very easy to follow and

understand. Also great for Day Care Centres to use to train their teaching
