Dear Business Leader,
Royal Affair is an annual non-profit event, established
by Sapphire Ink Public Relations in 2009, whose mission is
to empower and inspire high school girls by promoting
positive self imaging by teaming up with a local non-
profit organization. Through a series of enrichment
workshops and a day of beautification provide by
volunteers, these young ladies will find a new sense of
self. This unique and innovating event rewards positiveyoung women living in an urban environment and
encourages them to continue on their path to success.
We are currently seeking sponsors to provide products,
services, financial contributions, but most importantly,
your support.
With the generous support of your sponsorship, we will
provide another 15 young ladies with the experience of
a lifetime. Financial assistance is required to:
Secure and design a venue for the event
Provide a hospitality suite for volunteers and girls
Equip the volunteers with products and tools
Ensure that the girls receive an equal experience
Stock the wardrobe closet and free boutique

Atlanta, GA. (August 15, 2011) – On November 6, 2011 a fewyoung women will experience an opportunity of a lifetime at ARoyal Affair 2011. Produced by Atlanta-based public relationsagency, Sapphire Ink PR, a Royal Affair guarantees that everygirl will leave the event feeling like a queen.
Sapphire Ink PR in collaboration with Pink Sleeve, an Atlanta-based nonprofit organization, and a team of fashionprofessionals will bring a modern twist to the typical Cinderellastory at a private location in Atlanta, Georgia.
With passionate partners on board, A Royal Affair 2011 promisesto provide the young women with a day of empowerment,pampering, glamour, and an experience that will inspire newideas of girlhood.
A Royal Affair 2011 will include a group of young women fromvarious high schools across Atlanta that need a fresh sense offemale empowerment and positive self imaging. These young
women will have the opportunity to experience the life of trueroyalty. Professional fashion stylist will use the wardrobe closetconsisting of donated clothing to capture each girl’s signaturelook.
