50% of the money necessary to create a Poly Tunnels for each Grama Niladhari Division
Making Available up to Rs. 84,000 in Cash Balance on Concessionary Interest Rates
For Self Employment Projects through the Livelihood Development Division
Credit Facilities up to Rs. 40,000 at 5% Interest. (Rs. 150,000 for each GN Division)
50% would be Recovered For Self Employment projects
through Cyclic Funds Credit facilities up to Rs. 40,000 at 5% interest
through Samurdhi Banks Credit facilities up to Rs. 250,000 at 8% and 10% interest.
