Client meetings to identify challenges, timescales, deliverables, skills shortages, client win scenarios and geographic reach. Confirm Extended Bench is the appropriate solution.
Draw up contract describing deliverables and commitments from both parties identified during consultancy. Confirm target profiles and bench skill sets. Directors to sign off.
Talent pool prebuilt to match global industry skill challenges or active sourcing to build a bespoke Extended Bench from scratch, as per client’s needs. Within our specialist areas this is an ongoing exercise.
Consultants are screened through RPI process and the agreed client process outlined in the SOW, prior to acceptance on the Extended Bench.

Ericsson were making a multimillion dollar investment to transform their business towards a services culture, with consulting and system integration capabilities to rival the established global IT Services players.
RP International was engaged to identify the 30 key individuals who could drive this transformation in Europe, North and South America, the Middle East and APAC and more recently in Russia CIS. Within 6-9 months RP International has filled the vast majority of positions, drawing from a pool of Senior Managers and Associate Partners at the world’s major SI and consulting firms, as well as from former product companies who had recently travelled the same journey towards a services-based culture.
