Company History1991 IHDM was established and started to employ and train the personnel

1991The company signed a technical contract with Fuji Technica Co., (Japan) for the required know how and technical trainings.1994All the skilled personnel, equipments and Know How were ready for exploitation.1995In a formal ceremony and presence of president, Saipa Heavy Dies Manufacturing (IHDM) was in-augurated.1996The first set of body dies for Pride – Kia Motors-was manufactured and delivered to Saipa Company.1996The company started its measures for acquiring the required licenses for manufacturing machine tools.1996Die manufacturing capacity was increased from 600 tons to 1000 tons.1997IHDM signed a technical contract with a well known Spanish manufacturer for mutual co-operations in manufacturing machine tools for exports.1998The machine tools production line was inaugurated.

1999

The first export contract was signed with Renault Company for dies.2000The first sets of dies were dispatched to France for testing.2000The first series of machine tools were exported to Europe.2003Negotiations for manufacturing horizontal and vertical machine centers were started with a for-eign partner.2004The contract for manufacturing the dies for Tond-ar90 (Logan) was signed with Renault-Pars com-pany.2004The know how for manufacturing machine centers were acquired and the production line started to work.2005Some portion of Tondar90 dies were delivered to the customer.2005The designed production line and required ma-chineries for manufacturing cylinder block were delivered to the customer.2009-2013Producing and exporting some dies for Renault projects to Coskunoz company in Turkey.
