What makes a person a good leader? Even though you probably would be able to immediately describe some but perhaps not all of the character-istics that make up the essence of a good leader, you would most certainly be able to know with confidence when you experience a true leader personally.

So how do you become a leader? Certainly part of good leadership is “hardwired” so to speak – part of your natural disposition.
