    1.Brief introduce of CCP1000

    1.1 Demands of Market

    CCP1000 can offer an integrated communication platform, includes internal PBX system, internal email system; call center; CRM etc.

    CCP1000 build an integrated communication system, It will integrate full sets of voice, data and Internet services and abundant service applications in a system, comply different client’s demands, implement enterprise communications in diversified ways anytime and anywhere at lower charges, simplify system installation management and widen service applications. It is opened; reliable and easy expanded and upgraded

    1.2 CCP1000 capacity

    CCP1000 includes two 19’-inch frames;

    One is BPC(Business Process Chassis), is main process shelf of CCP1000 (includes

    IP-PBX service; Value-Add service; Trans fire-wall; Maintenance etc.);

    One is CCP1000EAC(Expand Access Chassis),can offer more analogue lines/trunks if

    not enough in BPC,two shelves connect by HDLC

    1.3 Characters of CCP1000:

    CCP1000 offer full interface/signaling and IP telephone switch system

    Full IP-PBX functions Extension Call, Caller Line Identification (CLID), direct dialing-in, call transfer, outgoing-call restriction, do-not-disturb, call waiting, conference call, abbreviated dialing and other functions.

    4 CCP1000 Structure

    4.1Hardware structure

    CCP1000 hardware includes 4 modules:

    1 IP-PBX module

    2 LAN Switch module

    3 Server module

    4 Expand Access Chassis (EAC)

    4.1.1 IP-PBX module

    The IP-PBX hardware module realizes the IP-PBX service platform, it contains has the analogue line, analogue trunk, digital trunk, VoIP, EAC 5 parts (expands by HW signal).

    One BPC configure with 4 E1s, signaling can be as PRI; SS7 or others, when configure PRI, the16th time slot of E1 is HDLC link(PRA link), others are voice slot configured any 1-4 slot with NMS; when configure SS7, support 4 links maximum(each E1 can be configured 1 signaling link, others are voice)

    Full protocol; many interface for CCP1000 that has capability networking flexible, to

    implement many applications. CCP1000 take as not only IP-PBX but also trunk gateway(TG),

    meanwhile as integrative gateway also.

    CCP1000 support complete H.323 and SIP,connect to any IP device that support

    H.323 or SIP,includes IAD、IP phone and soft phone。

    In order to meet the increment service need which the enterprise grows day by day, IP-PBX has the opening the programmable interface, its DTMF, signaling and VOIP may be controlled by this programmable interface using application level, so as to carry on many services. At present IP-PBX provides opened interface for from CT-CONNECT, through LAN SWITCH and SERVER module interconnection. Therefore, the SERVER module may carry on the control to IP-PBX, to realize enterprise’s needs of service flow, like the Call Center service, dial out service etc.

    4.1.2 LAN Switch Module

    LAN the SWITCH module is ‘the bridge’ to connect the server module and the IP-PBX module, also is the connection center which the enterprise interior network exchanges, it may cascade other any kind of HUB or LAN switch if 14 switch port are insufficient

    4.1.3 Server Module

    The Server module built-in a server, the configuration is: Processor P4 1.8G; memory 512M, hard disk 40G. This module is for CCP1000 system necessary software running, for example: value-add service, Public/ Private GK, Trans Server/ Client, SNMP Server, Web Server, Mail Server, FTP Server and so on.

    4.1.4 Expand Access Chassis (EAC)

    The CCP1000 EAC, connect to the CCP1000 BPC by the HW EXP ports, each EAC has 52 analogue lines, 8 analogue trunks. If needed more analogue lines/trunks, may make use of EAC to expand the capacity of CCP1000,

    4.2 Software Structure

    CCP1000 software has the below modules:

    4.2.1 PBX Service Module:

    The PBX service module mainly realizes the IP-PBX service, it contains has the analogue line; analogue trunk, digital trunk and VOIP access.

    4.2.2 Value-Added Service Module:

    The value-add service module main provide value-add application based on advanced application software, including: auto-attendance, IVR, voice mail, fax, dial-out, conference, ACD and so on, the user may change their call flow according to the demand formulation flow,

    4.2.3 Public/Private GK

    Private GK mainly manage H.323 terminal of CCP1000, including IP phone, soft-phone, IAD, GW, video-phone and so on. These terminals are in the same LAN with CCP1000 perhaps, also in the different LAN (remote private LAN or internet), if is latter, then should register to private GK by Trans system, After register successful, private GK will inform IP address and phone number to the IP module of CCP1000 by PPH protocol, so as to call PBX if need these data.

    When H.323 terminal in the private LAN call other terminals (no matter H.323 terminal or SIP terminal or analogue terminal),

    ARQ ACF Call is on Private GK Terminal Step 1: sends ARQ to private GK, Step 2: if request permission, private GK will return to ACF, including the address of H.323

    adapter in PBX. Step 3: call carries on between H.323 Adapter and H.323 calling terminal During the call, H.323 terminal does not know the type of called party. The address of H.323

    Adapter is configured in the file of private GK, meanwhile, H.323 adapter is configured to register virtual GW in private GK.

    4.2.4 Trans Client/Sever

    Trans Client/Sever responsible for terminal in private LAN register trans to internet or register to a local LAN from remote private LAN, in order to removes NAT, FW influence to VoIP.

    4.2.5 SNMP Server

    SNMP Server (SNMP protocol management), and SNMP Agent in PBX module, responsible for technical parameter, data read and monitoring

    Provide powerful E-Mail service, to build enterprise own mail server

    6 Networking way and Application Examples

    6.1 CCP1000 Way of Networking

    6.2 CCP1000 Application Examples

    6.2.1 CCP1000 Example1

    Description of Demand There is a medium/small-sized enterprise without branch, having a telephone system

    constructed through traditional FBX and an Ethernet LAN, which are independent to each other. The LAN accesses the Internet through an agent server in Ethernet or ADSL mode. The voice communication of this enterprise is implemented by the telephone system; the daily work of employees requires computer usage as well as multiple LAN and Internet services (such as file sharing, network printing, webpage browsing and e-mail sending and receiving), which are provided by the LAN; for enterprise operation management, there is no related service system (such as work flow, ERP and CRM).

    Along with the development of the modern society and the enterprise, the enterprise has a higher requirement for the communication system. It requires this kind of communication system: Being more efficient and real-time; supporting multimedia and mobile communication; being simpler in maintenance and management; being capable of integrating communication functions and enterprise business flow. So, based on the basic voice and data communication function, the enterprise communication system should have these functions: Mobile business operation, uniform messages, conference call, instant communication and high-level data service applications (such as constructing own website and e-mail server); multiple CPI applications integrating communication functions and enterprise business flow; simpler system maintenance and management (such as telephone transit and adding). But the current communication system can not satisfy these requirements. So, it is required to alter the existing communication system, and construct a new communication system based on the existing one, to satisfy the current communication requirements and cater for the future development.

    Example1 Analysis

    This is a typical example of altering the traditional enterprise communication system and constructing a new type of communication system which integrated multiple voice and data application services. The new system adopts IP voice communication and supports traditional voice communication, to implement voice and data on one network. It integrates full set of voice, data and Internet services and abundant service applications of combines communication functions and enterprise business flow. As a result, the enterprise can obtain more and better functions and services, reduce difficulty and cost of system management and maintenance, and satisfy current communication requirements at present and cater for future development. In the alteration, it is required to sufficiently utilize the existing sources to reduce the alteration cost.

    Use a RT-CCP1000 to replace the traditional PBX and agent server of the former system,

    providing telephone system functions and Internet access.

    Employees can use the IP phone sets connected through the Ethernet or the IP soft phone

    set based on PC, instead of the former analog phone set. The phone sets can be transited or

    added simply.

    The former telephone network can be connected to the RT-CCP1000 directly and used

    continuously, and thus the former resources are utilized sufficiently and investment is

    reduced.

    The RT-CCP1000 provides not only complete IP-PBX functions but also communication

    value-added services, involving voice mail, fax service, uniform messages, conference call,

    and instant communication. As a result, the enterprise is made into a powerful multimedia

    contact center and its higher requirements for the communication functions are satisfied.

    The RT-CCP1000 not only provides such basic LAN and Internet services as file sharing,

    network printing, webpage browsing, and e-mail receiving and sending, but also provides

    A single RT-CCP1000 integrates all the functions and services of the enterprise voice and

    data communication systems, for the purpose of uniform management and decreased

    system maintenance cost. If all the analog phone sets are replaced by IP phone sets, voice

    and data can be transmitted on one network completely, and thus the communication

    network maintenance will be simpler and cheaper.

    The RT-CCP1000 can provide multiple service application systems (such as CRM) for the

    integration of communication functions and enterprise business flow. The user can select

    the corresponding function based on the current requirements, and other functions can be

    added as required, in the future.

    The RT-CCP1000 supports large-capacity analog extensions with integrated perfect

    functions and services of data communication system. In the enterprises (such as the factory)

    simple analog telephone for voice communication and a few employees need high-level

    6.2.2 CCP1000 Example2

    Description of Demand There is an enterprise, headquartered in city A, a branch in city B, an representative office in

    city C, and an after-sales service office with 3 ~ 5 staff in city D. The headquarters in city A consists of the office and warehouse at different locations. To construct a uniform enterprise communication system among all the branches, the following requirements should be satisfied.

    The call from the intra-enterprise extension is free-of-charge.

    The office in city A, B and C are accessed into the local PSTN. Because the branch in city

    D is only a small after-sales service point, it is not connected into the local PSTN; instead,

    it is only equipped with intra-enterprise extensions.

    The warehouse in city A is equipped with intra-enterprise extensions only.
