RTUtil 560

� RTUtil 560 is a configuration tool for RTU560.

� It is based on IEC 1346-1 standard which describe the structuring principles and reference designations for industrial systems, installations and equipment.

� The core of this tool is divided into 3 trees:-

� Network tree – defining communication protocol

� Signal tree – defining signal in the configuration

� Hardware – connecting both what have been defined in network tree and signal tree to hardware

� To open application, go to icon or go to start program > RTUtil560

� Double click the Icon to execute the RTUtil 560

� You will be greeted by Initialize Project, click next to proceed and finish

� Search for icon to open the file

� Look for in RTU560 PPU_PRMS_33kV_v1.RTU file to open the application

� Select Open file

Rack information in drawing (N+1) > n=2 :. Rack (2+1) = R3

Slot number must be = with the slot location number

Card type must be equal too!
