1, Executive SumrnaryPT AgIo Kati Lamo is a company estoblished in Indonesia for the development of a new ooncession of 10,500ha into palm oil estates, associatedsmallholders (plasma) and a palm oil mill. The concession is located in the Kabupatetr Musi Rawas, Province of Sotrth Sumatra. The land shtus is'aPL" ("other land us€", ollowed for developmed) according to the current Sovemment land use master plan.

PT Agro Kati Lama (PT AKL) is a subsidiary of SIPEF, o member ofth€ RSPO.

To plan this developmen! PT AKL has comrnissioned a HCV ass€ssment conducted by a lead assessor approved by the RSPO, a SEIA, and a soilsuitability suwey. Th€ results ofthe HCV assessment and SEIA are summarised sepamtely, and have been incorporated in the dovelopment plans. Therois no peal or primaiy for€st wilhin tbe concession area.

Local populations have been informed ofthe inteotions ofthe company and a documented FPIC is ongoing.
