Photo ID is required. • It is the responsibility of the member to insert their Rail City Rewards card into the card reader properly before beginning play. • It is the responsibility of the member to present their Rail City Rewards card to the Table Game dealer or Keno personnel before beginning play. • All promotions are limited to active accounts only. • Rail City Rewards cards are the property of the casino and must be returned upon the request of management. Membership may be revoked or canceled at any time. • Slot, Video Poker, Table Games and Keno players will receive points based on play. • Keno ratings are input the following gaming day. At that time, points will be credited to your account. • Electronic table games play will earn 1 base point for every $1 played. • Minimum FreePlay point redemption is 10,000 Points = $5 in FreePlay. 2,000 Points = $1 Food Credit. Points may not be used for gratuities. Unused redeemed points will not be credited. • Minimum cash point redemption is 20,000 Points = $5 Cash. • It is against our policy for Rail City Rewards members to accrue points or participate in promotions by distributing their card to other players. If this happens, membership may be revoked. • Rail City Casino ™ and Affinity Gaming ® reserve the right to cancel or alter the rules of membership at any time, with or without notice. • Accounts with no activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive, and all points and comps will be forfeited. • Management may delete points from accounts if accounts have extended time of inactivity. • Valid photo identification acceptable to Rail City Casino is required for ALL transactions pertaining to Rail City Rewards. • Members may not distribute, lend or, in any way, allow another person to use their Rail City Rewards card. • Rail City Casino is not responsible for lost, stolen or misused cards, or for points redeemed on it. Rail City Casino is not responsible for lost or stolen redemption vouchers. • Rail City Rewards points are earned by members in accordance with their gaming activity and may vary depending on the model of gaming device displayed or, if applicable, table games and slots. Rail City Casino may revise the method of earning points at its discretion. Visit RailCity.com to view detailed point-earnings. • Rail City Rewards members who have been issued credit and are delinquent in repayment of that credit, and/or members who have had a check(s) cashed that has been returned for non-payment, shall have their points and offers forfeited until all discrepancies have been remedied. • All disputes and ensuing decisions by management regarding point accumulation or point balance are final and binding. Rail City Casino management reserves the right to adjust any point balances resulting from machine malfunction, operation errors and/or fraud. Account adjustments will be completed within 72 hours of being validated. • Point-chasing or point-theft is a fraudulent use of the Rail City Rewards card. Point-chasing is defined as allowing individuals other than the cardholder to play on his/her Club card. Members may be expelled from the Club for such action, and all Rail City Rewards privileges may be permanently revoked, including elimination of all remaining point balance. Any other misuse of the card will constitute automatic ground for expulsion from Rail City Rewards, including the elimination of the point balance. • Any dispute or situation not covered by these rules will be resolved by management in a manner deemed fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and binding. • Unredeemed point balances are not transferable to any other account or to any other person, including through gift, sale, death or divorce. • Only the Club member listed on the card may obtain information or engage in any transaction related to the account. • Employees of Affinity Gaming, its subsidiaries (including all Rail City and slot route companies) and their immediate families are prohibited from participating in Rail City Rewards contests, promotions, slot tournaments or drawings. • Any Rail City Rewards card, voucher or drawing ticket that has been mutilated, forged, misprinted, altered, tampered with, mechanically reproduced, is illegible, or has been obtained by any means other than pursuant to these official rules is automatically void. In addition, Rail City reserves the right to void any Rail City Rewards card, voucher or drawing ticket at any time at its sole discretion. • Use of the Rail City Rewards card constitutes acceptance of all rules, terms and conditions stated. • Rail City Casino and Affinity Gaming reserve the right to deny any application or revoke membership in Rail City Rewards at any time at its sole discretion. Any Rail City Rewards or prizes earned prior to being revoked from the Club are null and void. • Any and all taxes relating to an A-Play Club member receiving any awards is the sole responsibility of the Rail City Rewards member. • All aspects of the A-Play Club program, including the Rail City Rewards card, vouchers, drawing tickets and unredeemed points, are the property of the casino.
