FlexDelivery-Run SAP Value Proposition: Integration of standards
Wipro’s FlexDelivery incorporates the Run SAP methodology into its
own implementation standards and acts as an end to end measure
for business process and transparency. The solution manager acts as
the basic framework of Flex delivery model toolset which helps in
the seamless delivery of Application Manager Server engagements. The
central solution manager is integrated into the operational framework
right from the initial stages of support operations while different Run
SAP standards are adopted in different phase of the support cycle. The
low hanging technical standards like System Monitoring, Root Cause
analysis (RCA), Central Performance History (CPH), and System
Administration are adopted very early in the support cycle. The
