Running the Race…Think about running a marathon. What are some of the words that you would use to describe the experience?

Running the Race…Now using those words describe where you are in your “race” as a Christian.

“Everyone one of us is either going through something hard, just came out of something hard, or is about to go through something hard.”

“Resolve to be tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving, and tolerant with the weak and the wrong. Sometime in your life you will have been all of these.”

“And not only this, but we also exult in our tribulations, knowing that tribulation brings about perseverance; and perseverance, proven character; and proven character, hope; and hope does not disappoint, because the love of God has been poured out within our hearts through the Holy Spirit who was given to us.”
