DIY Portable Peplum
start by laying down your fabric -
.5 yards wide and a length that is
about your waist x2.
apply some fabric glue down
each of the short sides & fold
over to prevent fraying.
fold in half length-wise with the
wrong side of the fabric facing out.
glue along the inside of the
band along the dotted line.
once the glue is dry, flip
the band right-side-out.
slide the belt in flat along
the top of the band.
secure with a dab of glue
on the inside of the X.
fold fabric toward the
buckle to create pleats.
secure each pleat with glue on
the fabric and a stitch through
both sides right beneath the belt.
